The morning manager here on Wednesday February 5th 9:30 am, had a very piss poor attitude. They got my order wrong several times, I asked to rectify it, then the manager came and had a very very pissy attitude.
Then after several tries to get my order right I asked to just get my money back and go somewhere else. Upper management needs to speak with the morning manager about customer service and maybe even smile not look angry at the customer and have a piss poor attitude. If she doesn't like her job maybe somebody else should take her management position because her poor management is not working! I do not even want to go here in the mornings if she is here...Wendy's lost my morning business, unless they replace her.

The remodel is great I just hope they remodeled the staff as well cuz the previous staff was AWFUL. They would refuse people service if they thought you were homeless. I know because it happened to me once and one of the flunkies that was behind the counter actually came out the back door with his flunkie buddy/co-worker and tried squaring up to fight lol.....what a joke and a crying shame at the same time ..... Hopefully they got that fixed.....

Painfully slow. They will make you wait in line for 30 minutes to prioritize mobile orders. The food is mediocre and overpriced. There are so much better options in walking distance.

The bathroom smells like rotted sewage and it's probably from using old dirty mops and mop water. It makes you nauseous. The seating area is dirty and smells like a humid locker room. The tables were sticky

I went here and bought the English Sausage Muffin which is really good and you can't beat the price for only $3 plus tax. It comes with the potato wedges also. The customer service is okay.

We have eaten here a couple of times while staying in Pacific Beach. Good burgers and very fast. Only minor issue is that they didn’t ask if I wanted ketchup. Fortunately I had some at home.
