I must remind you that this was at the Pacific Beach Wendys on Grand. I ordered a large Coke and apple slices. I considered ordering a Dave's Single burger but decided that it might be a bad idea since it seemed like he would be the one touching everything.When I walked in, there was no one anywhere. I shouted" is there anyone here" numerous times w/NO response.Eventually a guy came to counter coughing and sneezed right in my face.I would've walked out immediately, but I already paid on the Wendy's mobile app.So I kept the drink because I saw him fill it in front of me and it had a lid on it and a wrapped straw. But I threw the apple slices away because I thought he might have chopped them or coughed or sneezed on them.I can only imagine if I didn't go in and seen him with his terrible hygiene.

Employees have massive attitude and are unwelcoming if you don't APPEAR very wealthy. The irony considering they themselves make so little they are close to homelessness. Mobile took forever - at least 15 minutes past the pick up time all while I was waiting patiently and the same attitude ridden staff chit chatted with their buddies who stopped in. Corporate - hire and train better staff which probably means paying them more. If not, close down.

This Wendy’s is usually pretty good, but tonight you pulled a fast one on me at the drive through…. When I order regular nuggets for my 12yr old after coming home late from sports practice - please don’t fill half of the carton with spicy, because I’m sure you didn’t have enough regular cooked. A little angry that I spent $11 on a combo meal that my kid won’t touch. Next time have the integrity to tell me you don’t have it made and I’ll either go somewhere else or order something different off the menu.

The food is perfectly fine. I'm not really picky about what's on my burger preference wise. But, when I order at a restaruant I expect to recieve what I paid for. Wendy's is usually great but this particular restaurant has never once gotten my order right on the first try.
The night I visited was a Sunday so it was not busy. Order was promptly taken and made. Perfectly made.

finally went back after 8 yrs to just get a cheeze burger..WTF? do they cook the meat n cheeze on a frozen plate? horriblay cold an gross AGAIN! not even hogz on old McDonald's farm would eat this so called food..yuk
