OK for this place, I’ve been here now twice in two years. Both times have been the same. Great service good prices relatively speaking, know that you’re in La Jolla. I’d like to say that Rick, on the patio making all sorts of great things is a gem. I spoke with Rick well over an hour and found him to be completely enjoyable, as well as a wonderful conversationalist. I like to sit out on the patio, which has full sun with a slight overhang for those that wish more shade, but it’s a great place to go and hang out and have a beer. There is indoor seating as well of course. This truly is your local neighborhood pub. And I highly recommend.

The bartender Jose Sanchez mentioned in his honest review name is “Trevor “ I’ve observed how he helps and treats all others why it a coincidence that he treats Mexicans with ignorance and rudeness what do you think he should keep his job regardless he is lucky he hasn’t done this to the wrong person be careful Trevor you’ve been lucky so far don’t push it!

Giving it 4 stars bc they really need to acknowledge the bathroom situation. For the guys theres 1 toilet. My gf said the same for the women and that’s outrageous, people gotta go when they drink!

The structure is a dive bar but when the Soft soap generation overwhelms at night, they kinda ruin it. Couple real people, many fakes IMO.
