Very arrogant service and unfriendly. Food served is not fresh. Even when I asked, lady said it will be like that only. For such an expensive pretzel, bare minimum expectations are not met. I will never again will buy from this company.
Vegetarian options: Totally not recommended for vegetarian as they mix with meat when organizing and storing. Not clean practices.

The service was horrible I wasn’t done ordering and the lady yelled “NEXT” very loudly and didn’t ask me if that was all. The pretzels were cold and burnt. I had to pay 23$ for three pretzels that’s we cold and burnt.

purchased the cinnamon bitz and for the 3 time I have to pay $2.04 for glaze otherwise I am denied to receive it. The dough is highly tough to chew and to make it worst, burnt. Prices aren’t at all worth such bad quality.Also why am I “require” to pay for such mediocre amount of glaze?

Bad customer service came in for a drink took me 10 minutes just to get my drink and food the manager Martin was talking to his employees like they were he’s kids I really didn’t like how the manager was talking to other customers and employees will not be back to the spot ever they need to close it down or change managers

Came here while at the Fashion Valley Mall. I really liked this location. The pretzels were piping hot and so were the sauces that we got to dip them in. I really appreciate when I dont have to request that my food be made fresh. They were also prompt with fulfilling our order.

Came in for the pizza bits meal. Honestly it was super disappointing. I waited longer than 4 people that went through the line for other things. And the total was $15 which to be real, the quality wasn’t there for that price. I’d stick to the other food that’s in the food court.
