I went in last week and horrible customer service! 3 ladies infront were laughing so hard you can hear them from outside and the lady who took my order seemed like she was rushing me to get my stuff and leave. Food was dry !

Always get an order of pretzel whenever I am in the States, the dough is always chewy and nice. Next time I will have pizza pretzel for a change but this time cheesy dog bites is a great call for sure! They made it fresh so bonus to that!

The pretzels were not very fresh.

I tried the pepperoni style bite and was told it was stuffed w cheese. It was not!

We also tried the mini hotdog bites. Those were pretty good.

But overall freshness seemed to be lacking.

Customer service - person serving us seemed very unenthused and seemed to lack pleasantry skills that are much needed in a customer facing job.

The worst location I’ve ever been to. I usually want a cheese pretzel and if there’s none ready they’ll make you one and you can wait for like ten minutes which is not a problem but this location is always a disappointment. The guy said why don’t you get a regular pretzel and pay extra for cheese sauce which to me is not an option. The smell of that cheese sauce is repugnant atleast in my opinion so I got those little hot dogs which were the only food they had ready and I was really starving. They were not only stale but cold. I ended up throwing it out because it was just awful. This location has always let me down. Before this last visit I ordered a hot dog and I waited for it and when I returned they had mini hot dogs waiting for me. I order something from this location and I always get something else and this is the only location that does this. I try to reason with myself and say maybe I’m not clear enough or whatever but it’s just never been a good experience for me. They aren’t that busy so what else can be the problem? I’m just going to take my money elsewhere. Any other location will be good I think there’s another one in the same mall. This one is just really bad.

I ordered from this location for the first time and my order was not delivered to my location. When I called manager said that they could not help me and that it was lyft's responsibility meanwhile lyft says it's not since I didn't pay them! So now I can't get a refund since no one is taking responsibility for the error! Oh! And the Manager told me that 2 lyft drivers came to pick up my order, after the first one took my order to "deliver" a second driver came to deliver it. So I guess rhe first driver had snack for the day and apparently it's on me!

The pretzels were not fresh and the employee that took my order didn’t speak English well. This led to her miscommunicating the costs to me.It was a frustrating experience because she wouldn’t let me order the pretzel bites by themselves. She was convinced I had to order the bites, a sauce and a drink. When I said I didn’t want a drink, she looked extremely confused. She kept pressing until I caved and added the drink that she seemed to want me to buy (probably because of lack of understanding my ask).Don’t go to this location. Maybe you’ll have a better time elsewhere.

We were served stale pretzels twice now. If you go only go when there is a line/they are busy.

I literally went there with my daughter to get pizza bitz the Arabic guy told me to wait 10 mins I ordered at 2:23 mind you I was the only person there at 2:41 I noticed people that ordered after me received their pizza bits before me. After waiting in the sun for just about 20 mins with a 4 year old I was frustrated. I told the manager I didn’t want it to just refund it he was whispering something to the Latina cashier, she started arguing with me telling me since I wasn’t inside she was serving other people mind you I was IN FRONT OF HER face ! She made eye contact with me and still served the same thing I ordered to someone after me. I told her I didn’t want to go back and fourth & the manager TOLD ME TO SHUT UP… she came behind the cash register! I went outside grabbed my drink and threw it at her and slapped her. They are beyond rude and disrespectful no customer service at all

I came in at 7:25 and they had run out of pretzels and refused to make more. Closing time is at 9.

Wetzel's Pretzels never disappoints, it fill my stomach with warm,fresh, and delicious food. I have ordered the original pretzel with salt, the pizza bits, and their dog bites all with their cheese sauce and let me just say it always hits the right spots.1. Original pretzel2. Pixma bits3. First time visiting the area. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was refreshing to see their attention to customer service. They treated the ppl in front us with patience and care. When it was our turn, my 3 yr old was taking her time but we didn’t feel rushed or anything. We had a good experience and our food was fast and fresh as well.

Tiny place in Fashion Valley mall. Tasty bretzels, new pumpkin and caramel flavors. Employees nice. Food a little bit expensive
