Wetzel's Pretzels

I stopped by because I’m a big fan of Auntie Anne’s pretzels, and I was curious to try this location. The staff member was very friendly and helped me choose which pretzel to order, which I really appreciated. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade. The pretzel itself was delicious—warm, soft, and flavorful—but the drink was just okay. My only disappointment was the portion size, which felt small given the higher price point. Overall, though, I’d definitely return for the pretzels.

An employee grabbed change from the register and then grabbed my pretzel with the same glove. He was kind and apologized and changed his glove. Angelique Gonzalez asked why he had to do that in a condescending tone. I explained why it was unsanitary. She told me that their establishment is unsanitary and their pretzels have a lot of “bacteria” as well. I kind of did get that vibe. The guy behind me said “I’m not dealing with this” and walked away previous to my order when he heard the way they were talking to the guy in front of me so I already knew what to expect. I didn’t expect for an employee to admit that the establishment is dirty.

Not that anyone seems to care since all the reviews here are bad anyway.

Soft pretzels just hit different at the Mall. The pretzels were good and not stale at all, I got some cheese dip and classic salt pretzel. But they offer cheesy, pepperoni, and even sweet pretzels and pretzel bites here.

We waited 30 minutes for mediocre pretzels. Worst decision of my life.

I ordered wetzel bitz and sweet glaze. Paid $13 for them. I thought it was expensive but I thought nothing of it. I walked to food court opened bag to find pizza bitz. I walked back told them they gave me the wrong thing. I wanted correct item. Instead they charged me for wetzel bitz. The bitz were over cooked on the outside and not cooked completely and taste like dough. So the pizza and wetzel bitz were tossed and I spent $21 plus the tip I left and got poor customer service and poor quality control on how the pretzel was cooked. I was told it’s hard for them to hear in the booth vs offered a refund and correct item. This is a training issue. This happened 5/12/2025 around 4:25ish.

cold and burnt pretzels. was not given a receipt so i don’t know how much i paid. employees were so dry and cold and no greeting just “what do you want?”

The food was the best the service was good but I’ve seen better. I’m such a picky eater and I don’t eat at restaurants but the food here is so good that I would eat it

Went Saturday night because I was craving a pretzel. Must have been near closing time because they only had 2-3 options. She got my pretzel out of a cooler and as I walked away, I realized it was cold. Very disappointing. The employee was nice and gave me 15% off. Should’ve know something was up then.

They somehow added too much oil on the pretzel

Ordered a cinnamon pretzel but it had no cinnamon just sugar. Disappointed especially for an $8 pretzel. This location sucks , young kids that are rude

Rude employees! Employee was too busy on her phone while in the middle of taking my order. Wouldn’t be complaining if I wasn’t given attitude for no reason & on top of that was laughed at to my face for asking for my correct order!!! Get better employees because the ones you have now only seem to care about their phones and smoking right next to the stand while on the clock.

9 dollars for Bitz at least hire people that are polite.

Honestly had a great experience, didn't have to wait at all for food and the employees were super friendly
