The staff member was very friendly and helped me choose which pretzel to order, which I really appreciated. Soft pretzels just hit different at the Mall. The pretzels were good and not stale at all, I got some cheese dip and classic salt pretzel. But they offer cheesy, pepperoni, and even sweet pretzels and pretzel bites here.
