Damaris has a very horrible service, mad at my daughter for no reason. She gave us the wrong order blaming us for not having a receipt yet we never received a receipt or ever got helped with an order. We ordered ourselves thru kiosk, they never asked if we needed help. We waited over 10 min for a drink that DAMARIS felt like we didnt deserve even though we had paid. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE VERY GHETTO. And talking about my daughters and myself laughing with the co-workers came to find out she is the supervisor. If this is the type of supervisors that set the example the customer service will always be horrible. Damaris needs to be a better person specially To kids

I went to get some hot dog bites and they were out. They were also out of cheese. I got dry, plain pretzel bites. When I was asked if I wanted my 96 cents in change the cashier told me they didn't have change. The bites were alright.

Waited 20 min for a pretzel just to find out all they had was churro bites. Would have been nice to find out with a sign or the lady letting the long line know that that’s all they had.

I have to say this is one of the best runned Wetzel's Pretzels locations I've been. The staff here is on top of it and they put a lot of heart ❤ and soul into the craft of making an amazing soft Pretzel. I settled for the Original salted as you can see. It was hot and fresh and buttered up and salted the way I wanted. This is an amazing location right at Belmont Park Mission Beach ⛱. Thank you!
