Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

Not sure what’s going on here maybe they’re going out of business? I waited 40 minutes for just two sandwiches, and the only other customers already had their food. The guy behind the counter seemed new and overwhelmed, while a woman with long black hair and a hat kept disappearing into the back after briefly answering his questions. No real support, no sense of urgency. If that was management, it’s no wonder this place is struggling. Wouldn’t recommend save yourself the wait and go elsewhere.

Used to love coming to this which wich but now the service is terrible. Took almost 30 mins for 2 subs and had 2 workers arguing over the food. Definitely will be finding another sub spot. We'll which wich its been good but not worth it anymore. Mission valley location.

I was so excited when I started my new job that there was a wich wich close by. I ordered the Callie Roll sandwich which is crab salad with avocado. I asked for no cucumber and I paid $3.50 for extra meat, and there were parts of the sandwich that had no crab and it had cucumber. It was supposed to be avocado slices instead it was this pre made and seasoned Guacamole that was disgusting and I also added salt and pepper, but with the pre season guac and salt and pepper It was not edible. It was disgusting! never again. Super disappointed

Nothing was good about this experience. it took so so long and cost so much for it to be so bad. I ordered the sandwich and it took 20 minutes for them to make it was a very simple sandwich with ham and cheese, not only that there was hair in the food. And to top everything off it cost 20$ and was worst then subway I was so hungry and it still did not taste good

This chain has so many options and the sandwiches are good. You get to pick among so many flavors and textures.

Hadn’t been to a which wich in over 12 yrs. Decided to get some lunch. Got a tuna melt that tasted more like a pile of salt. Not sure if it was the tuna or the lady dumped salt all over my sandwich. Worst tuna melt I’ve ever had. Gonna go back to my reg sandwich place. Had to toss most of my sandwich paid for due to it being inedible. Waste of money

I ordered my sandwich with fries and a drink, sandwich was ready but fries took 20mins after already being done with my food

Sandwich was thinner than my wrist. Taste alright, just really small.

Genuinely what is the point of this place??? Open for only 5 hours a day, they close at 4pm so you can’t even get an early dinner here. Never the correct hours listed online. There’s a crappy excuse of opening hours listed on the door but it’s been scratched off so you can’t even tell what the hours SHOULD be. Whoever owns this place I hope you go out of business soon so a REAL restaurant can take over.

This place seems pretty run down and dirty. The food was not good. It took 15 minutes to get 2 over priced sandwiches when we were the only customers. The soda machine is filthy.

I grew up going to Which Wich, and I'm a fan, but not sure I will return to this location. I've visited this location twice. The first time the food was fine but the service was terrible (details below). The second time I went during operating hours (5:30pm on a Thursday) and the lights were off and the door was locked. No sign or anything saying what was going on. Not sure I'm willing to go again if I don't know it will be open.

My first time visiting this location, I was very confused. I'm used to Which Wich with the paper baggies you mark up with your order, however these were nowhere to be found, only a cash register without an employee and two digital ordering stations. No one greeted me when I came in and I wasn't sure what to do, but other customers were using the digital ordering, so I went over there. This is the worst digital ordering system I have ever encountered. The screens are super confusing, to the point I almost ordered a plain turkey sandwich without toppings. This isn't the fault of this particular location, but it added to the bad experience. It took me several minutes to figure out how to correctly submit my order. One customer gave up and left. Another customer gave up and went to the register to order, but there still wasn't an employee to be seen. Finally a guy left a group of three men sitting at a corner table and talking and came up to the register...I thought he was a customer with his friends, but he was actually an employee, just ignoring all the customers to sit and talk. I finished my order and then had to wait a very, very long time for this same employee to make the sandwiches. He moved with no urgency whatsoever. When he finally delivered them there was no acknowledgment of or apology for the wait. He also didn't give me my chips or cookie, and I had to go back and ask for them. The sandwich was decent but he skimped on toppings. Horrible customer service all around, plus mediocre sandwich, at a place that used to be known for its super fun ordering experience and great sandwiches.

I ordered a surf and turf. The person gave me the completely wrong sandwich i had found out when i was already at work. The lady on the phone (all rude) told me that she has to see the sandwich “i cant help you tell you ahow me proof.” When i get ther back to the store woth no lights on mid day to call the manager for a refund, but the manager doesn’t answer so I don’t know how to get my refund at this point I don’t have a sandwich. I paid $17 for nothing. Dont trust this store they either just dont want to get in trouble and gave me the wrong order or the owner doesnt know how to run a legitimate business.

So slow here ...the man behind the counter waited 10 min. To ask what I needed never told me use the kiosk until I had been there awhile. 2 thumbs down!

Food was great and the service was amazing! The guy working was super nice and helpful and even brought everything to us. We went pretty far out of our way to try this place, we don't have any where we're from and it was definitely worth the drive. Huge thanks to whoever served us, didn't catch his name but he was awesome!
