This is a strange place to get lunch, the sanwhiches are great but its not worth the terrible service.So the cool thing about which wich is you get to customize your sandwich with the big list of ingredients on the paper right? Not anymore! Now you get to moon light as a which wich cash register operator with their self check out system and its labyrinthine system of menus within menus within menus of options for your sandwich. And you better beleive that line crawls as each customer has to figure out the stupid kiosk thing one after the other.After 45 minutes of waiting in line and 10 minutes of figuring out how to place your order, it suddenly dawns on you: the restraunt has 2 employees who might have 90 days with the company between them. Fortunately the ingredients are good and the system still makes good sandwiches, but these employees are slow at making sandwiches and dont know how to manage tickets. They dont yell loud enough when sandwiches are ready, they give the wrong sandwiches to the wronf customers and have to remake sandwiches. Its chaos.And I'm not mad at the employees. Theyre just college kids who have only worked at this place for a couple weeks and probably wont in a couple more. The shame is on the management. Im assuming they dont pay people enough to live in San Diego so they run a carousel of college kids a few weeks at time. If this place ever had good veteran employees who know what they were doing, they are long gone now and the cheap owner just runs a skeleton crew of green horns at all time.You just shouldnt get food here, honestly this place is a machine that creates human misery both for underserved customers and abused workers. It would be unethical to reccomend this place.

Today I tried the cali roll sandwich and I love it! The crab salad is delicious and has a great texture. Definitely will order this one again!

Was pretty shocked by how small the regular size was for the money. Got double meat and a few additions that were either barely applied to the sandwich or just didn't get put on. 16 dollars after tip for just the sandwich and I could eat three of them.

Extremely slow and disorganized watching the employees it’s clear they don’t work as a cohesive unit and take a long time to make each sandwich. Do not come on your lunch hour you won’t have enough time.

Way over priced. WAY. You could get a subway foot long for half the price of a WW regular and it would be more full of ingredients and taste as good if not better. I got turkey, ham, bacon with lettuce, red onion, tomato, jalapeños, provolone, and more. I was shocked it's so tiny like the size of a Taco Bell bean burrito. Not sure I even got all the ingredients I don't know how they'd all fit in what I got. Pic shows half of it. I gave the 2nd star because it tasted decent but definitely my last time eating WW.

Wish I could say that I could give a review of the service and food, but I couldn't tell ya. Showed up today at 2pm, on a Monday and they were closed. No sign of life and no lights on. Locked up tight. Not even a sign on the door as to why.

Sandwiches are not good. Bread is stale and there is no flavor in the sandwiches. The avocado spread did not seem fresh either. I do not recommend eating here.
This franchise needs to close. Sandwich was super small and it was horrible. Only reason I came was because all local delis are closed on sunday and i wanted a sandwich. I should have made one at home

I was from out of town and was looking for a good sandwich. Didn't find it. I was hoping to find a Togo's in San Diego, didn't so took a chance. Should have known when the security guard warned me it wasn't his first choice. I ordered 2 sandwiches, both with double meat, and 2 small fries. This came out to $60. Way over priced for what I got. Staff were nice is why it's 3 stars. Won't go back.
