Which Wich Carmel Mountain

The kiosk is a horrible idea! Don’t like it one bit! I want to be able to communicate and confirm with my sandwich maker that my $20 sandwich is correct. Then there’s confusion because everything has been communicated digitally. I want to tip my sandwich makers. Do the tips generated on the Kiosk even go to the employees? Great job corporate!

I went to which wich after a long time. Its was a disaster experience. I first of all, lot of items whr out of stock.( no hummus, sriracha etc) second the order was messed up so bad. I didn’t order pickles its was in it. I added pesto, caramelized onions .. it’s was not thr.. overall never coming back .. which wich lost its charm..

Very clean cool looking place with AC! However my sandwhich wasn’t very warm, the roast beef tastes more like pastrami, and a customer walked out because the person in the back took too long to come to the front. Would come again!

Every time I come in, the same people are running the store which makes me think they’re the owners. The man is always welcoming when we walk in and really makes this chain feel more like a mom and pop shop. The lady in the back is also very nice and they’re both very quick. Fantastic service, fresh ingredients, and a great environment.

Haven’t had which wich for a many years. Remember them being good. Ordered the Cuban sandwich. They forgot to add the ham. Sandwich was already really good without the ham so I didn’t notice. When Asian employee/manager realized, he apologized right away and immediately heated up one for me and give me a complimentary soda. He also offered me water cup before hand when he saw me didn’t have any drink. Place was kept really clean. Didn’t expect good service from a fast food place but he sure tries.

I was a long time customer here but feel like the pricing is getting ridiculous. For the same price I can eat at a sit down restaurant and get more food. I hope this chain get a revamp in price because I just cannot see the value in what they charge.

I work in the shopping center and went over to Which Wich for lunch today. The younger woman working was not friendly and truthfully the Sandwich was not good. I have always been happy with Which Wich but today’s sandwich had a crazy amount of mustard. Like a crazy amount of mustard lol. Probably won’t be going over anytime soon as sprouts is next door with a solid deli and nice workers.

Very very nice staff! Amazing service they very clearly care about the customer experience. You have to go into it not expecting the old which wich. The atmosphere is very different from the lack of bags. I wish there was a custom sandwich option because the staff thought I was crazy for getting a Ruben no sauerkraut because I wanted corned beef. The bags made which wich so picky eater friendly so it’s hard to adjust. The staff were very kind and the food was so good!

They got rid of the fries and their unique sauce. There is no reason to go here anymore

Wow in terms of bad. It cost $50 for 2 reg (small) sandwiches and one large. Kiosk is silly but if the food was good we would have looked the other way on that. My tuna melt was served cold and tasteless with dry crumbly bread. The French Dip was $17.95 and tasted like something from a cafeteria. Seriously, the quality and value for the cost is so off the mark I’m still stunned it happened. Don't eat here, do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mikes or In N Out next door.

Slow as hell, way over priced, everything come without anything unless you tell them otherwise. Who the hell doesn't want lettuce tomato and onion on a sub, especially when it's in EVERY menu picture.

Sub was below part taste wise, the inside of the restaurant is pretty empty and uncomfortable to sit in.

What happened to which wich?? Used to be a cool vibe with decorated bags on the walls and m&m machine. Now it's a kiosk and high price. The bread was really bad. Overall not what it used to be. Bummer.

First time here for lunch and my gyrowich was really yummy. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the people who worked there were. I'll be back for sure!
