This shop recently moved to the unit next door which is bigger (ample room for customers to spread out) and with more windows (naturally better lit). Staff is courteous and helpful! Sandwiches are flavorful and filling! Strongly recommend.Just a heads up, they no longer sell fries, the machine kept breaking is my understanding. Maybe they will bring them back one day! ???

never got a bad sandwich till this time..i literally had to throw it out the window...i ordered a ham and chedder and the ham tasted like it was rotten...so disappointed i guess i wont be going back...if i wanted a boglona sandwich i would have went to garbage way if you get me anyway thanks

It was fine for a basic sandwich. I tend to like authentic food and the gyro was fine and good but no where near the quantity or flavor as a Greek place.

Our family of 4 arrived at 6:40 and two employees watched us enter the restaurant and begin ordering at the kiosk. 2 of us grabbed chips and sat down at a table while the other 2 ordered. Just as my husband was about to pay one employee yelled across the restaurant asking if we were taking the food to go. I responded that we were dining in and she said they were closing so it was carry out only. I said we understood that they closed at 7:00 and we would leave promptly by 7:00. She then said the dining room closed at 6:45. At that point it was 6:47 (I know this because my husband looked at his watch). I asked why we were not notified by sign or otherwise of the dining room closing before the posted closing time, especially when they watched us walk in. The employee just rudely said "we're closed it's carry out only". We're extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service at this location. This is not the first time we have experienced sub-par customer service from their staff.

The worst attention I could imagine I would find. The Chinese man who serves is so rude!!, and without patience or courtesy. It seems like he believes that he is the one doing the customers a favor and not that we customers are actually doing the store a favor by trusting his food. I decided to leave and not eat here. For less than $10 I had a fabulous burger and soda just half a minute away at In-n-out!!

Do not go to this one, the owner is a cheapskate and has smaller portioned everything than the other locations but still the insane prices. They for some genius reason don’t carry fries anymore also. Go to the one near utc mall.. this one should honestly have their license

The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The Cali was yummy. Restaurant was clean. However, truly dislike kiosk to self order. Ended up placing order with employee... who was absolutely doing nothing, so why not?

Ordered a Ruben Wich that looked great in the picture. But had about half the meat and almost no sauerkraut. Tasted like a bread sandwich. Not going back. Your better of hitting the subway.
I've always loved which wich, and the food is always great here but I am writing the review to just give props to the owner(s)! They are so nice and kind and helpful! They go above and beyond!

The which Wich website, and a huge TV inside the restaurant were advertising CloudWiches. When I couldn't find them on self ordering kiosks I asked an employee and they didn't even know about their existence. A second employee told me this location doesn't serve those. I've never seen a restaurant actively advertising for a product inside the restaurant that they didn't serve. So we ordered BowlWiches instead. They were 90% lettuce and when One person heard they were $12, they said "What a ripoff!" . Another person in our group liked the meatball sandwich but remarked it was rather small for the money. Won't be returning.

They have a new kiosk ordering system and I was immediately greeted and approached about how to navigate the new system by a friendly employee. Although the system made it hard to order my custom sandwich, Harry came over to help me and made sure I got the sandwich I wanted to perfection. After making absolutely sure I had all the toppings I wanted, he handed me a hot fresh grinder that was filling and very tasty. The shop was very clean and cool. By far the best Which Wich I've ever been to. The service was incredible.
