Incorrect hours. Says closes at 2:30 on the door but was closed at 1:20.
Went towards the end of the day and there wasn’t a lot to choose from (good sign honestly) but what I was able to get was great! I settled on the guava concha and the sesame seed bagel (with Mexican pepper cream cheese) for a little sweet and savory combo. Staff there were very friendly. Would definitely visit again and earlier in the day so I can choose from a wider range of items before everyone else gets to them!

We get there every weekend to get sourdough. It's good bread and we like it.
Service is good

Pricing has gone up by 20% in the last month! Great product but I don't think egg prices can justify this increase and feeling like they don't value the customers they have
T tried the plain sourdough loaf and the plain croissant. The croissant was very delicious with airy, clear layers and buttery scent, 8/10. The sourdough loaf, however, was pretty flat and dense to my liking, it was also more sour than the sourdough bread i normally have, seems like the bread was overproofed :( Nonetheless, I will still consider comig back for their pastry and maybe try out their bagels

Good bakery but everything is slightly over baked from what I'm used to with croissants.

Can’t speak to all items sold, but bagels are sub par and overpriced.

Totally worth the hype (and long lines). Hands down the most delicious breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The brioche is soft and fluffy and the eggs creamy. The veggie one is always my favorite, they use an imaginative combination of vegetables to give just the right amount of texture. The sourdough loaf is awesome too ...comes out HOT ? straight from the oven.My husband loves the blue corn concha and sometimes we indulge in one of their big cinnamon rolls. Yum.Mainly, I appreciate their use of organic flour and freshly milled grains with full transparency on their supply chain.Yes, there will be a bit of a line but that's what it takes to get fresh baked goods made with clean ingredients.Oh and feel free to bring your dog...they hand out freshly baked doggie treats!

I loved when this new bakery opened up walking distance from my home, however as time has passed quality of the bread has seemed to go down. my sourdough was burnt at the bottom. I am all for supporting local business but I think quality must be a priority. love the staff and service. but over baked items seem to becoming more common.

When Mike Tyson was in his prime, he walked to the ring in black trunks and nothing else. No pomp, no glam, no bling. And he was the best.Wildwood Flour is the Mike Tyson of bakeries. No glam, no pomp, no bling. But the product is the best. Wildwood doesn't focus on mood lighting or fine embellishments (which the consumer ultimately pays for). Wildwood focuses on making great bread and great bakery products. And they succeed.Too many bakeries in San Diego load up the display case with seductive baked trinkets that are mass produced with artificial ingredients, which essentially amount to poison for the human body. Wildwood products are artisanally made with natural ingredients, infused with the consciousness that food has natural prana, i..e. healthy energy. This is the only bakery I know of in San Diego whose products will extend your life, not reduce it.
