I recently visit the store and I was greeted by the manager which his name is Carlos he was very rude very unpleasant all I asked for was some butter for the meal I ordered but he gave me a really hard time as if I wouldn't pay for the butter! I'm really unhappy about the customer service I received today! find a better manger with excellent customer service! Carlos on Mira Mesa Blvd horrible customer service.

Pretty sad & pathetic how a franchise thinks that serving dried out chicken tenders will make a customer want to come back. Not to mention even the breadsticks were soggy & wet. Will definitely never be back again. I might as well go to KFC at this point lmao. Must be that cheap to barely put any sauce...

I’ve been addicted for about 20 years now. I stopped eating meat 15 years ago, but this is my one special treat, which has been more regular now. This is the only meat that I will eat, which I hope speaks volumes to how delicious it is!! Crispy, juicy, and the sauce and blue cheese are quite possibly the best that one can find! Oh, and the breadsticks!! They never disappoint

Classic. Exactly what I expect from a wing shop -- relatively cheap (~$13 for a meal), big portions, comes with bread and veggies. Love how saucy their wings are and their blue cheese dip. Always hits the spot. Just note that their spicy-levels are a little weak IMO.

Will not accept orders for pick up via phone...so I take my own order and procees payment? Do I get to cook my own wings? Gee, do I get the option to tip once I show up to collect my order? How wonderful.
Nothing like it used to be it's time to change something because all the other places have caught up and passed this establishment and it's sad cuz you guys were OG's in the game.
