Vinny's service definitely stood out as a highlight of the experience. He was super helpful and kind, which made ordering easy and enjoyable. His patience was really appreciated as we took our time looking through the menu. Vinny's knowledge of the menu was impressive, he knew all the flavors and gave us some great recommendations based on what he's tried before. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to have a good experience.

This is my favorite Wingstop. I used to work here 5 years ago and Debbie sure is still doing a great job of management. The night crew on 7/14/25 did an excellent job making our food. Didn’t get any names but it was 2 women and 1 male. Every other wingstop I go to just doesn’t make the food with love like this location. We drove from Eastlake because the location across from southwestern college lacks effort in the way they make the wings. Hope they get the recognition they deserve!!! 🙌🏻🫶🏼

Vinny was beyond Hospitable. Welcomed me in with a warm smile and incredible attitude. This was my first time at a wing-stop and needless to say Vinnie did not disappoint. He walked me through the process of ordering and even let me sample the sauce of my choosing prior to purchasing. Outstanding employee

Worst wings I've ever had. I ordered around 9pm and the wings were old and dried out. Maybe this is one of those restaurants you're not supposed to order food after 9. PM, because everything is old and dry. Complete waste of time and money. I'm sure it's better during the day, but don't get dinner.

Disappointing Late-Night Service
*States It Closes at 1:00 AM*
I went to Wingstop tonight at 11:35 PM. They close at 12, so I figured there was still enough time to place a quick order just 10 boneless wings. As soon as my partner and I walked in, all the workers stared at us with annoyed expressions. No one greeted us or said “welcome.” I understand it’s late and they probably wanted to go home, but basic courtesy goes a long way.
When we approached the counter, the employee didn’t say hello she just asked, “Did you have a pickup order?” We said no, and she immediately responded, “We’re not taking any more orders.” She said the fryer was off, and the registers were “cashed out,” but also kept mentioning that we could order online which didn’t make sense.
We left politely, but the attitude and mixed messages were disappointing. A simple, respectful “Sorry, we stop taking orders after 11:30” would’ve been fine. We love wings, but the customer service at this location was really poor tonight.
