My girl and I went into Wing Stop on Rosecrans and got some wings. Spencer took our order and his customer service was A1 and I truly appreciate his energy. Some skills are already in you and don't need to be taught. Spencer has a dope personality and his humor makes your experience worthwhile. Awesome General manager as well. Would definitely go back just for the customer service alone.

4 ladies in the back completely ignored me when I walked in but said hello to every other customer who came in after me. They’re not understaffed, the staff just aren’t very good.

I came here to pick up Uber Eats for a customer and the staff members had me waiting 20 minutes, while making the Uber Eats Orders that were ordered after mine!!! Horrible Customer service! My customer had to wait extra long because of you, and for no reason!

Expect to wait minimum 25-30 min for any order. Not sure if they are understaffed or poorly operated, but even when I call my order in ahead I still have ti sit and wait. When you look into the kitchen often you see people moving pretty slowly, no sense of urgency.

Need to update the online order time estimates. It says ready in 5-10 minutes for carry out but this location cannot prepare it that fast. More like 20-30min for carry out
