Need to update the online order time estimates. It says ready in 5-10 minutes for carry out but this location cannot prepare it that fast. More like 20-30min for carry out

This location is absolute garbage, they messed up my order twice and waited almost an hour for my food along with 5 more people waiting for their online orders. This was the night crew. They had like 5 ppl working and only 2 of them were actually doing something while the rest just sat in the back. I love wingstop but this location is not it.

I ordered 20 pieces of wings, expecting, well... wings. What I got instead looked like someone had taken the idea of a chicken wing, removed the actual wings, and just tossed tiny scraps of fried chicken into a box. If there was a seasoning blend involved, it must have been a whisper of salt and a distant memory of pepper. As for the sauces, they were applied with the same enthusiasm as someone reluctantly clocking into a job they hate—barely there and completely uninspired.

A proper wing should have a crisp exterior, well-seasoned skin, and a balance of sauce that enhances rather than drowns the meat. What I got was the opposite—flabby, underwhelming, and frankly, a bit insulting to the concept of fried chicken. If you're calling something a wing, it should at least resemble one.

Disappointing, to say the least.

Not good for doing a walkin a 745 pm it took 35 minutes to get my food of 4 strips and frys the people working there where, too talking in the back and then the food was cold by the time I walked to my car and I was parked in front of the door .

ordered online and it took them 40 mins to make my wings after i got there?! that’s absurd.

Poor service and bad management! Ordered my food days in advance and never got my order. Everyone was waiting over a hour from their pickup time. Bad customer service too.

Food is great, I mean its Wingstop. But service is one of the the worst. Almost like every Wingstop lacks employees and employees that are properly trained. 1-1.5hrs is the minimum wait time you will have to wait. We placed our order at 5:02 PM, our order wasn't ready until was 6:13. Or WAS IT. Because when I asked for the third time if our order was ready, the bag was sitting on the shelf the whole mf time. Awful. Do better

I'd like to know who is the jackass that schedules 2-3 people in the back on football Sunday? Been eating for 10 wings and a chicken sandwich for 30 to 40 minutes now. Either the manager has to stop being cheap for his boss to make his numbers look good, find a new manager, or whoever the owner is sell the damn place if you can't pay to have enough staff on.

A few years ago I used to have Wing Stop around once a week and I've had nothing but great experiences -- until today.

I bought eight boneless wings and when I got my food, I thought they forgot to put in the wings, because the box was so light. I opened it up to discover eight dinky chicken nuggets. (see photos)

The "boneless wings" were about half the size of what they used to be, and weren't filling at all.

For $17 I got 8 chicken nuggets and a basket of limp, brown french fries that I suspect were from the night before (yum!). I say this because I was the second person in the store at 1030am, and the french fries should be completely fresh at that time.

Today was my last visit at Wing Stop. They used to be great, now you walk out disappointed and hungry.

Wing Stop, you've destroyed your reputation, fix your business before it's too late.

As everyone else has stated, they take way longer than what is stated online to make the food. Every time I order from here it takes 30 extra minutes at least. If they regularly lack staff, why are they still open for business.

Terrible customer service. Inattentive employees. Was told my order would take “a while” after I showed up when it said it was going to be ready and I asked for them to give an estimate….”uhhhhh 10-20 minutes”. Checked again in 10 minutes since they said I wouldn’t get a text or email and then it was miraculously already done so I asked when and she said I don’t know…. I will never go back there and waste my money. Oh and also the boneless wings were the size of grapes. Absolutely terrible experience and a waste of money and time.

This was the nastiest chicken wings ever! Got an order to go and drove off and opened the container to find them sitting in a big puddle of oil and feathers on the wings. So gross!!!
