This place is the worst. 10 people working and can’t even get my order right. And the manager Navi is the rudest person I’ve met in my entire life. Fix your management and maybe your store will do well. Can’t be that hard to figure out. Also, does anyone here speak English? What is going on…

Missing my 2 orders of fries very disappointed

I place my order at 10:10 pm get out of there at 10:49 today 11/01/25 attended by cashier Alyzza (last time I order here my wings weren’t tossed correctly sauce missing) I did mentioned to Alyzza and to please if she can help me with my order. I receive my order lots of them missing sauce again. Check my order and let them know the problem if they can fix it (this to a second girl). This time a guy name Nabid who speak Spanish try to tell me that wing cannot be like tossed evenly he than said very defensive that he can roll a video for me that he himself did the job and that is impossible I told him I just want my wings tossed correctly I paid 53 dlls for the food and all I am asking to be right and that all I need it. I said I go to different places to have wings and they usually sauced evenly than he offered me to go inside and do it myself to show him how to do that. I said that very offensive what you just said and I am very polite to you. He than said I am sorry. I said no I am sorry because I was the one coming to this place giving you my business. I usually go to National city on Highland they usually right and the team is on it. Sorry I usually don’t do this but it need it to be said so someone can fix this.

Do not order uber eats through this location. They not only forgot my fries but the didn’t even seal the bag or the drink correctly like they always should. Extremely disappointed especially since it always takes so long to receive your food.

The atmosphere is nice. The service is good. However, the food is not. This is by far , the worst wingstop that I have ever gone to and I will never return. I ask for lemon pepper fries. And Cajun corn and what I got was french fries with a sprinkle of lemon pepper. Corn with a sprinkle of whatever Cajun season they used So, at this point they might as well, just not even say Cajun corn, they just say, a side of corn.They should remove the word.Lemon pepper from the fries and just say fries. Not only couldn't I taste the lemon pepper on the fries and couldn't taste the Cajun season l couldn't see the season on the corn or the fries. The food at this wingstop.In particular, is bland and I'm good.
