This has to be the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. This location is completely ran by children and know one knows what they’re doing. I slid my card as a credit card and the cashier asked me to put in a pin, then charged me for two large drinks and gave me two medium cups. No supervisor what so ever. Literally ran by children. Does anyone train employees anymore????Parking: Lo

i give you one star because the food was cooked perfectly but the wait time was insane. We had to wait an hour. We all were super hungry and they forgot our order they had to pretend it was coming out in 4 mins but it took 20 more minutes. I will not be coming back to this location they were also very rude.

Wings that were given to me seem like they were someone's order that wasn't picked up. They weren't even kept warm and got us all sick. Never eat their again. They could be risking other peoples lives serving food like that. Was out of work for 4 days. Very sick

The food is good but they always seem to be closed before 9:45 which is the posted closing time online. They should either update the hours or actually stay open until 9:45.

They're still in pandemic mode. I've had wings there before, and they're really good this last time, they weren't so great.

I called this wingstop multiple times Sunday afternoon and was sent to voicemail each time. My husband and I finally went in to place an order and had to wait 30 minutes for the food. There was only one person working as both the cook and cashier. The girl in the back was talking on her phone the entire time I was there. Unbelievable! The Wingstop on Highland always has at least three people working and can get food out in around 15-20 minutes. I would go there instead.

KIMBERLY!!!! this review and compliment goes to Kimberly because she is an awesome face of this company! It was closing time after a hot day and I walk in the doors to an IMMEDIATE greeting with a smile on her face. I didn't expect that at all because to my surprise she was sweeping the floor!! I mean who wants floor duty? But yet she showed her heart and integrity to the company she works as an employee all the way until she clicks out. Thank you for the great chicken sandwich. Keep the new flavor please!! Thank you Wingstop. Please give Kimberly a raise. She deserves it. Thank you Kimberly. I hope you get that raise or a promotion..

Everything was fresh, relatively quick and tasty. This wingstop has never failed meThe Staff was making everything fresh and on the spotVegetarian options: Plentiful vegetarian options that aren't wings (corn, vegie sticks, fries)Parking: Located by a huge parking lot and there was plenty of parking surrounding the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Ramps to get in sidewalk and to get into store. Located on first floorDietary restrictions: I would ask about gluten free; their wings did not flare up a celiac / IBS attack.Neither did their fries.Their garlic parm and lemon pepper flavors are gluten free, boneless wings are NOT

good, but you can tell wingstop, in general, is starting to lose some qualities. It's a good place to get some wings and go home. Staying there and eating was a 4/5. Seats were stacked on tables as if no one had eaten there in a long time and not worth the trouble to lay out the floor. I'll go back but not for a while. I'm going to look elsewhere.Parking: Parking was plentiful for the commercial strip center. One of the easiest parking gigs I've done in san diego.

They make the orders fresh and the food is prepared well. I like the fries at this location best. They actually make them very well here. There are a couple of young men who work here who have wonderful customer service and who are very kind. There is a limited amount of seating inside but no one ever seems to sit in here. I think that it is because the food is usually ordered in party packs for families to enjoy at home.Overall, I just wish that the lighting was better in place, it's sort of dark. Food is AWESOME though!

I don't know if it's just this location but all the times I've gone here the wings have been overcooked. They are tough and on the dry side. I mean, you should be able to push down on the bone and be able to slide the meat off. That's just my opinion of how wings are cooked right. I've been to other locations in the past and it's been good. This is just the closest one to me so it's convenient. I will have to try other locations and compare.

Love this wingstop location & the chicken is absolutely delicious. I always get hot honey wings. Garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper and mango habanero are also amazing flavors. Highly recommend the hot honey chicken! I always order online because the wait can be long.
