I love the hot honey rub taste from wing stop, but this store makes them really dry and tasteless. The flavor is also very off from what I had in many other store.

I genuinely like the food here, but this review has nothing to do with the wings—it’s about the baffling and ongoing issue with how this location (and Wingstop overall) handles something as simple as BBQ sauce.
BBQ sauce is clearly available in-store. But on the app? Not listed as a dip option. So I’m forced to select “no dips,” and then when I arrive and ask for BBQ, I’m told I have to pay extra. I’m not trying to game the system—I’m just trying to get something that should’ve been included, had the app been set up properly.
One employee (who I’m choosing not to name) told me the solution was to call in my order every time instead of using the app. Seriously? In 2025? I explained that’s not a real solution for me, the customer—but she doubled down and kept repeating it like it was the holy grail of problem-solving. Meanwhile, all I wanted was some BBQ sauce and to not be treated like I was asking for gold flakes.
I’ve now written an email to corporate because the answer isn’t “call every time.” The answer is: fix the damn app.
This whole thing should take two seconds. Instead, it turns into a weird, unnecessary standoff every time. Fix it.

Worst wingstop location I've ever been to. The wings were bigger than usual but that doesn't mean anything when they're fatty and jiggly on the inside. The potatoes used for the fries were black inside?? Also, I ordered voodoo fries and they didn't even add ranch on them. The service was mediocre at best, employees were drinking on the job. A few hours after eating here and I want to vomit. Never coming here again, much rather just go to Dave's down by the street.

It was my first time ever going to wing stop and Ciro with the morning crew made me a loyal customer today! They let me know their favorite flavors and the best things to order on the menu. Had great customer service and the chicken was really fresh. 10/10 experience!

Wingstop PB never disappoints. Whether you’re craving classic buffalo or something unique like mango habanero, they’ve got it covered. The fries with their special seasoning are the perfect side. Love this place!
