Boba is alright
Perfect milkteas. The boba is done just right, tried three drinks from here our first time. Roasted oolong milktea, earl grey milktea, and brown sugar milktea, one with boba, one with mini boba. All were fantastic.

Always love this shop, they provide very stable quality and delicious drinks. Unlike the other Wushiland in fashion valley, usually I don't have to wait too long.

Not the best boba around, no one in our family of boba lovers finished theirs.
The young lady on Monday noon needs customer service trainings for sure. You need to smile and thank your customer. You acted like you did not enjoy your job. Why do you come to work, then?

Delicious boba drinks!Update: not sure if they changed ownership but last few times we have been they have been out of boba pearls and various teas. Line moves fast but they lost a lot of people in line due to running out of items. Also, I wish they wouldn’t shake the macchiato drinks, part of the fun is for us to shake it but every time lately the gentleman shakes the drinks.

Service has gone hill. Always short staffed causing long lines. One cashier and no helping out. Boba and pearls are 15 to 20 min wait. Btw, prices have gone up by 35% to 45%.
The one in 99 ranch market is better flavor and best is Chaka Boba milk tea not so far from here like 4 or 5 blocks from here, plus the service here sucksSad but true...........
