Would give a -10 if i could. This place was disgusting. We all took 1 sip and went straight to the trash can. Expensive and not worth it

40% jelly no tea.

I bought a cup of oolong grass jelly with half sugar on the ice on Saturday, but it tasted like half sugar, which was sweeter than the full sugar in Tainan. Because I ordered through the app, there was a response, but there was no reply until Wednesday, so I had to give it six stars.

I understand they are busy but the workers here are SO MEAN. I waited for 15+ minutes to grab my boba because they pretended like they were busy with other stuff instead of just handing me the drink. Not coming back again. At least not to this location.

Standard boba/drink shop. Waited a few minutes in line and drinks came out fast. Ordered an earl grey milk tea with boba. Definitely on the sweeter side and the tea flavor could come through better, but overall my drink was solid.

The boba here is really sweet. The floor was sticky and the room was warm, but I like really sweet boba so it was worth it. They were pretty quick and didn't seem to mind dogs being inside.

This is a very well known place for milk tea fanatics in San Diego. Located at UTC, which is one of the most beautiful shopping mall in the heart of LA Jolla, thus there are so many things to do with friends around, not just drinking boba.However, their drink formula is TOO sweet, even with half sugar adjusted. Parking is only 2 hrs free, and if you want just to go for boba, walking and parking could be a hassle.

The lady called for my boba, I picked up the boba and very kindly asked her, “hey could you please throw away this receipt and wrapper for me?” Instead of kindly telling me back “hey ma’am there is a trash can behind you” the drink maker, was so rude, and just horrible, she yelled at me. And when I say yell, I mean YELLED, with the most snappy attitude and said, “there is trash can behind you put it there” I was genuinely taken aback by her tone of voice and Attitude. I wasn’t going to say anything, but she ruined my day, and as my day went on, I just got more and more upset. I hope she checks herself, if she cant control her attitude maybe she shouldn’t work in a customer service Industry, because her attitude genuinely ruined my day. And I don’t think I will be coming back, because of the way she treated me today. Its free to be a nice person, and be kind!!!!

The signage outside made us wanna come inside. I usually get a brown sugar milk tea, but I wanted to get a yakult beverage - there just wasn’t any options that were for me. I did love my brown sugar milk tea tho.
