Nice restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. I had the house special pho. It comes in large portions and a lot of meat. It is enough for two meals for me.

This is our favorite new neighborhood restaurant. Max was helpful with recommending the chicken wings as a starter. The Rib Eye Pho and Rib Bone Pho were amazing. We’ve also enjoyed the calamari on a previous visit. Abi was helpful in keeping our drinks replenished. All the staff create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, which will keep us coming back for years to come.

Very good food and great service too. We ordered a pho, shrimp fried rice, and banh mi. The rice and banh mi even came with a free bowl of soup. The restaurant interior is clean and comfortable as well.

Yummy food! This establishment is part of the yummy nation! A lovely lad named Erik was our server, and the food was just as tasty as his smile! Thanks for the top tier Pho and the good time. Erik deserves a raise!

I live nearby and this is my go-to Vietnamese place in this neighborhood. Pho is good but I usually get the rice place with pork and sometimes add a fried egg. Egg rolls are good as well. Portions are pretty big.

I was very excited to try this place. My friend son and I were very disappointed in the food. The worst was I ordered one of there special drinks I waited a long time. The place was empty,now I know why. I start watching one of the servers pick in a box of herbs with no gloves and hair hanging over the box
I asked if my drink was coming and the server said she is making it. Since I observed her wearing no gloves and her unprofessional unsanitary etequite. I said I will cancel the drink. The food was awful. We had the chicken dish. I had said I had a great chicken dish at another Vietnamese restaurant. The chicken did not taste or look fresh right and it was thigh meat pounded down. The kids meal orange chicken was more batter then chicken over cooked like it was not fresh. The service was 3 young adults that do not have customer service skills or communication skills. I do not recommend this place

I'm all for helping younger people in the workforce but the service here is really really bad. The food is hit or miss and while their hours say to 9pm, we got there at 8:25pm and were told they closed at 8:25 and only pho is available.

As a Viet person, this place is surprisingly decent. Pho broth is good and egg rolls are fried well. The quality of ingredients are not the best however… If they had better meat it would be solid but likely more expensive.

I am so happy to have great Vietnamese food in Carmel Valley. We used to travel in order to eat at our favorite places. But, those places all were sold to new owners and immediately the quality fell. The egg rolls, the Banh Mi, Bun, and Pho are all legit great. We will be coming on a regular basis as a part of our mix in CV. Thank you for opening!

like the food, but not the best in San Diego, pretty good food overall. I have there 4 times, however, I have felt somewhat less professional and need to improve in service of employees And I have been asked 50% of tip, ( not a direct asking but by being asked do you need changes, that was 50% of whole food price)
