Bad experience AND bad customer service!

We had ordered House Special Phó and 3 protein Rice Plate for to go.

The staff gave us one bag with 2 boxes and 1 soup container and that was it. As customer I'd assume that's all my order and thank them.

Got home all the way in Orange County exited to eat just to found out they only gave us the Rice Plate, phó broth, and back rib and that was it. Nothing else. We did not get the phó noodle and other meat that should be in the phó.

Called the location about the issue and ask for refund since we didn't get what we ordered. The staff told us they had to ask a manager to do the refund and will call us back soon.

Here is 2 days later, no refund and no call back from this restaurant.

Good place to have pho and I seen they have sandwiches too. The pho was 7.5/10 stars. The shrimp fried rice 8.5/10 stars. Tofu spring roll 7/10 stars. Chicken wings 6/10 stars.

We got the Orange Chicken and TCN and a kids Brisket Pho along with Tofu Summer Rolls. Everything was great. We went on the Labor Day Saturday evening and it was pretty busy but we were seated and served pretty quickly. The orange chicken was delicious (beats that panda place)

Hours say it is open until 9:00. This is not correct. We arrived around 8:15, were told we had 10 minutes to order, and ordered by 8:20 - well within their specified time frame. The restaurant was still at least half full at this point and actively bringing food out. However, a couple minutes after we ordered the server came back and said the kitchen had already closed and they couldn’t help us. Shutting the kitchen down a full 40 minutes before the published closing time is completely misleading, and just seems wrong when they told us we could still order and we’re still bringing food out but then decided they didn’t want to serve us.

The food here is very good. The service and atmosphere match this quality as well. Our server Erik was very respectful and gave great recommendations to each of us. He clearly knew the menu and had a great attitude. Great spot in the highlands!

This photo spot has been a hit since going to it for the first time recently. They have a delicious pho bowl, i get the house special that comes with a huge rib in the bowl! I also get their egg rolls which are amazing and very crispy!

Nice restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. I had the house special pho. It comes in large portions and a lot of meat. It is enough for two meals for me.

This is our favorite new neighborhood restaurant. Max was helpful with recommending the chicken wings as a starter. The Rib Eye Pho and Rib Bone Pho were amazing. We’ve also enjoyed the calamari on a previous visit. Abi was helpful in keeping our drinks replenished. All the staff create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, which will keep us coming back for years to come.

Very good food and great service too. We ordered a pho, shrimp fried rice, and banh mi. The rice and banh mi even came with a free bowl of soup. The restaurant interior is clean and comfortable as well.
