I am writing this review with genuine disappointment, particularly since I have dined at this restaurant many times during peak weekend hours and have always been pleased with the service, even when the place was absolutely packed. Unfortunately, our experience this Thanksgiving was unacceptable.
We were seated promptly, and while the dining room was certainly busy, it was by no means overwhelmed; there was no waitlist, and the staff seemed plentiful. I am sympathetic to the difficulties of working on a holiday, but this level of neglect was inexplicable.
Our server, Ryan, introduced himself immediately and was friendly enough, swiftly bringing us a round of water. That was the last we saw of him. We waited patiently for over 20 minutes, with menus closed and ready to place our order. During this time, Ryan never checked back, nor did any other staff member acknowledge our presence.
Given that the restaurant was not operating at its maximum capacity (as I have witnessed on many weekends), there is simply no excuse for a server to disappear for that long. We eventually realized we were wasting our time and simply got up and left.
It’s truly a shame that our Thanksgiving meal plans were ruined by such poor organization and total lack of attention from the service staff. Management needs to address why a seemingly fully staffed dining room couldn't handle basic check-ins. We won't be returning anytime soon

I usually like to write good interviews. We went in trying to eat lunch a family of 6. We were greeted nicely and seated right away which that usually puts me in an automatic good mood. Then after getting seated is where it all gets interesting. My kids and I all went to the bathroom to wash our hands before ordering food. Especially, now with the flue season amongst us. We try to wash our hands but their soap dispenser is shooting out water barely any foam. I brought this to the hostess stand employee and she said she was going to call someone. Then we wait a good 15 minutes in the bathroom so someone can come to refill or fix the soap, but no one came. Then I go back to ask again this time the manager was there standing around, I asked again. The manager and another employee end up coming to check it out, they couldn't figure out why it's shooting 99% watered down foam. Then the manger tries to convince me that it is working and they get checked regularly and they are up to code. Then I mentioned to him that I'm a healthcare worker and I know how soap is supposed to feel like when washing hands, because my hands did not get soapy or clean when I used it and neither anyone else that came in and try using it (including employees that handled food). Then the manager tries to convince me further that it is soap by grabbing some and starts licking his whole hand from wrist to the finger tip with one lick and says to the soap is good it tastes like it.... Then grabs paper towel and starts wiping his tongue. Keep in mind I'm standing there horrified by this action with my four kids. Then he explains that that's how their soap always is, me being a peaceful person let it go. After washing our hands with WATER. We go back to our seat hoping we can at least enjoy the food. We put in couple of food including wings. The food comes and usually comes with some celery and carrot sticks. I grab the celery and it's full of mud/dirt then I grab a second stick same thing. At this point my head is about to explode from thinking 'how is this place still open?' I brought it to the server's attention and she acknowledged that it was dirt and went to go get us clean celery then comes back and says to us that we were all human and make mistakes that sometimes things like this happen all the time because we all know how hard it is to make sure that veggies are thoroughly cleaned. NO JOKE!!! That was her excuse for serving a plate of celery sticks full of dirt, (which btw did not even look like they were even rinsed at all). At this point I just couldn't anymore, we literally just paid for food that we didn't eat as hungry but disgusted as we were. Literally, ran out of there. Where is the health department and how does it allow places like this to continue to operate like this. I guarantee you this place is not up to code at all in any aspect. I had not been there for two years but for sure never going back! Worst management everrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!

Dama was our bartender. My husband ordered a cranberry vodka for me with a SPLASH of cranberry. She proceeded to fill the cup up with cranberry. When I got back to my seat I asked for an extra shot as she poured too much cranberry. She proceeded to give me MAYBE 1/2 ounce of vodka. My drink so so watered down. Idk if they water down their liquor or what, but it was bad. To note, I did not expect more vodka or the extra shot for fee, I simply wanted a different ratio I gladly paid for. Dama was not pleasant at all with us. Food was good though!

Midnight sangria is my favorite!
They usually just serve slow I can say, its huge place, but even there is less table servers are slow.
They have a great Happy Hour! We went here to grab something to eat before our movie started at the AMC theatre next door.
Service was good. Our waiter took our orders soon after we sat down and she checked on us often. The portions were large too.

Overrated and overpriced bar fare.
Excellent service, staff was polite, helpful, and experienced. Food quality is taking a hit in the economy. Can get loud and noisy during sports games, and once the sun goes down it's pretty dark. Big booths are nice for bigger groups.

Table was dirty and stayed that way even after we were seated. Service took forever, had to ask like 3 different staff members before we got our food and then we never got checked on after we got our food, we just paid digitally and left. The pizza was mediocre and soggy. You’re better off going to a small hole in the wall family owned business paying half the price for better tasting food and better service
