According to a frozen yogurt connoisseur (i.e. my wife), this place has the greatest tasting tart flavor. We always go for this basic flavor topped with fruits and nuts, and it tastes great.

Decided to get some froyo today around 2 pm. I was looking for sample cups to try some flavors but remembered that the last couple times I've been here, the cashiers just tell me I can use a spoon to taste-test. So I grab a spoon and try two flavors, and the manager comes out--who, by the way, did not greet us-- and rudely says to me, "you can't use a spoon, you have to fill up a cup." I was confused, because I've been here many times and they have said to sample with spoons, so I ask politely, "Oh okay, do you have sample cups? Can I have a sample?". He immediately goes "No, we don't have samples, you have to fill a cup and buy it." ... so, how am I supposed to know what flavor I wanted?? There's always new flavors each time, too, so it's not like I tried every single flavor already. The fact that this manager was rude and unfriendly made me really angry. I went to the donut place right next to this shop instead and bought a doughnut that was much better than anything I've ever had here. By the way, the couches and table were dirty and gross and obviously never cleaned. Terrible service, terrible manager, badly maintained. What a clown!

The yogurt is yummy. I have been going here for years. It is just a little on the expensive side. That is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. The quality of the yogurt is delicious.

Fantastic options in the topping bar. Relatively generous pricing on their bowls. Delicious watermelon, triple chocolate, and vanilla yogurt flavors. A family staple for years! Polite staff also.

The ambiance wad immaculate. It was basically a breeding ground for good tlmes. I don't know if there is an employee of the month but the enployee who stood out the most had the best customer service in the whole wide world! Not cold nothing is frozen here. I paid $14 for frozen yogurt and sitting in my sweat to eat it in here. If I didn't promise my kids to have frozen yogurt, I'd have left.
Best yogurt place! We go here weekly. Very fresh toppings and the yogurt is fresh. They have a loyalty program too!

I was very disappointed after walking into Yogurt Lounge this afternoon... the self serve areas under the handles were covered in drippings, napkins on the floor, the yogurt add on topping area was covered with topping debris... it was an unappetizing mess! I will also add there was one young lady behind the counter that did acknowledge me as i came in... what she had to do is a good question as there were no other customers in the store. I walked out... and won't be returning any time soon. Shop owner, please take note... your business is on the line here!
