YOTR remains the best frozen dessert shop in town. Girl Scout Cookie (during cookie season) is a standout. Pacific Beach Berry (raspberry and pomegranate in a tangy yogurt base) is always a winner.

Saw the cashier pet a dog, then serve and pack an order without washing hands. Some flavors tasted off as if it was almost sour ? Weird place overall with sticky bottles and poor service.

They don't let you sample the flavors here so you have to commit to something you may not like and the sauce bottles are practically empty, super sticky, and the peanut butter pump is falling apart. Whole place looks messy, floors and counters alike. Pick a different froyo place and go somewhere that values the customer.

no samples? cant even ask for a spoon? Also while my family was getting toppings a worker kept ‘fixing’ all the topping spoons instead of doing it at the end when everyone done… it made us feel incredibly rushed.

Açaí bowls are literally watered down now! My wife and I have been getting bowls here consistently 2x per week for a couple years. Recently we’ve noticed all the bowls come melted (even when ordering in store) and can taste ice crystals when refreezing. Never had this issue before. Just charge more or blend with other fruit! Whyyyy water?! It makes it lose its taste :-(
