Whoever owns the Yorgurtland at Genesee, dude… get involved quick! It’s 8:30pm Tuesday the 7th and my wife and I just went in to get some frozen yogurt and there’s a LOT going wrong here. First off, the girl behind the counter is kissing on her bf while customers are in the store and he’s almost behind the counter. Secondly, the toppings bar was pretty much out of toppings in 50% of the options. Thirdly, the syrup pumps were a complete mess and empty. The TVs behind the counter were all wonky with wires sticking out and the counter was a mess. My wife asked if there was any more peanut butter and the girl working the counter didn’t even look at her and coldly said “no” and walked the empty peanut butter dispenser to the back room. Then the boyfriend went behind the counter and played on the ordering screen. Felt pretty weird overall. From a management perspective, it looks like no one has held this operation accountable to any standards. The frozen yogurt here is amazing, there’s no doubting that… the storefront though… yeeeesh! Send help.

Don't go as often as I used to since I've moved. Great Yogurt. This a corporate store so I feel often the flavor selection is better. Nice staff.

*UPDATEAdded a star back for a very responsive owner/operator. Thank you!Never know about this place as far as what's available, I think that's why I'm docking a star...sometimes they have what you want and sometimes they don't. Staff is always friendly and the dining room clean.

We had a good experience with the employees at this location. The selection was low, which was indicated on the signage at the store, which explained supply issues. The yogurt was good.However the store was a bit messy. It could be that the people who came in before us made a mess at the toppings bar. One of the employees was wiping down the bar as we were leaving. The bathroom was also a mess. The toilet doesn't flush completely, and one has to flush twice to get just one bit of toilet paper and the seat liner down. The sink hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and it looked like the toilet hadn't either. Maybe there were too many customers for the employees to check on and clean the bathroom. Maybe. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, but still. Also, the faucet is the kind that you have to hold down to keep the water running, thus only washing one hand at a time. You can't properly wash your hands, which is a problem during COVID19.Regardless of all this, the yogurt still tasted good and the employees were pleasant.

Popular place for a night out, filled with yogurt and good vibes. I suppose no one should visit right before closing time. I did and there were barely any flavors to choose from but i made it work. Also the person that worked here, by far had the slickest tattoo sleeves I’ve ever seen.

Good place for a quick cool snack.We had a good experience, wasn’t too busy and even had gloves available for use.Vegan options are labeled as dairy-free.Employees were nice + wore face masks.Saw another review about the utensils, they’re nice plastic spoons that COULD be reused for home. I’m aware it’s important to try to be environmentally conscious but there’s other ways to do that.
It's 7 o'clock on a Sunday and there were only two flavors available and four toppings open. The guy who was working was cleaning THREE hours early. All but two machines were in "clean" mode. I trashed my cup and left. I called the Balboa location and they were fully stocked. I drove over there and the everything was peachy keen. Side note .. the bathroom at this location has said it's broken for a month now, but I saw an employee occupy it last week.

This is my go-to frozen yogurt store in the area. I love that they stay open late, have a variety of toppings and flavors and not to mention the staff is always really nice. However, the past few times I noticed a decline in the number of toppings available. For example, there was no fruit, cookies, rainbow sprinkles and most of the hot fudge machines were "out of order." Well now it all makes sense because there are "going out of business" signs posted at the front door and inside of the store. It looks like the store closes at the end of the month.

What happened? Earlier this week, the following were not available (we even asked the associate to check) - all items we frequently rely on and get: 1. Hot fudge 2. Peanut butter 3. Chocolate shell *The dispenser that houses the above looked like it was in poor shape, including a broken nozzle. 4. Brownie I noticed the toppings labels looked haphazardly put together, not professional. Morever, the ube flavor tasted like coconut and not like ube at all. We wondered if perhaps they added the wrong yogurt mix into that dispenser (it was located next to the coconut flavor, so a likely mistake). Finally, the bathroom was out of order. All factors together, the establishment looked tired and run down, as though they weren't trying anymore. I hope management pays attention to these details. I am certainly less likely to return.

Only giving them 3 stars as an average up for my love affair with over the last several years. But tonight's visit was a 1 Star experience. Restroom out of order. Half the toppings missing/empty. Everything dirty and sticky. Would of gone into the bathroom and washed my hands if I could of. Which makes me think that's definitely a health department violation. Get your act together Yogurtland. If you take me for granted again I may move on.
