Front counter man was super rude, making mean comments to me. I just wanted my two donuts I pointed to which ones I wanted. a white one and a pink one. he then gives me both donuts wrong. sadly didn't realize till I got home. these donuts taste different than other yum yum donut places too. very weird. don't come to this one!

I hate to leave this review but a couple nights ago I came and bought a dozen donuts. Which is 14 donuts. They only gave me 13. I called up and was polite and explained what happened they told me I could come back in at later date for 2 donuts. Sounds good,I call a few days later and make sure that I'll get my two donuts if I come back like they ask. Guy was kinda rude on the phone when I was with him but told me to come in. I get there and get my two donuts,I even smile at the worker and this man tells me this "you really bullied us for this" I didn't appreciate that one bit. I paid for a service and was understanding and polite as I could be and he says this to my face infront of everyone? I will not be coming back here. Made me feel like a bad person for something they promised me. Guilt tripping is a mean thing to do. I left with a nervous feeling. They offered me the extra donut. Overall not happy with how i was treated.times are tough and things are expensive and I paid for these goods. Don't come here if you have crippling anxiety like me. The male worker will be rude to you on phone and in person.

My kids love Yum Yum Donuts. They can even tell when I get donuts from somewhere else.Parking: They have spots just for Yum Yum DonutsKid-friendliness: What can I say... my kids love the place. They are 7 and 10.
Was passing by when the car's overall consensus was to get some doughnuts. "Yum Yum Doughnuts right there", as I almost hit someone trying to quickly change lanes. We ordered a chocolate devil's food, a chocolate glazed, an apple fritter, a cinnamon roll and a glazed old fashioned. I'll put it to you this way; the chocolate cake was the only doughnut I cared for. It was a good cake. All the others had a flavor/taste I didn't care for. The wife said the same thing and she used to work in a doughnut shop many years ago. The doughnuts had a funky sugar or flour taste that cause me to stop eating them. Perhaps we just hadn't had doughnuts in a while . . . NOT! Dicks

For that past 15 years i have went to this location to get some sándwich, about 1 to 2 times per week.And everytime ive been here i have been very well treated and respected never had any real issues.Up untill this morning when i made a phone order in which i ordered 4 sándwiches and when i picked them up i gave my debit card in order to pay for my order.It turns out that my card got declined so i used another card and that card got declined aswell in that moment i strongly believed that their páying machine was probably malfunctioning so i told the cashier lady that i was going to go into my car and give a phone call to the bank because i clearly did have money.So i came back i told the cashier what was going on and this Latino man with curly hair came from the kitchen and starred yelling at me in front of a bunch of customers that were right there saying that if i dont pay for the merchandise right away he threatned me saying that he was going to Block me from making orders over telphone.And i calmly explained that why was he going to do that if it wasnt my fault and he told me that it was my fault because before ordering i had to make sure that i had money in the bank.Going foward he also started using passavie agressive remarks laughing saying that why do i even come here if i have no money to pay for the food which clearly wasnt true i wasnt going to stand there and wait for food if i didnt have the money to do so.So ultimately i called the bank And in the end after giving a call my debit card there were able to fix that problem , but this worker chef shouldnt even be working in that place if he doesent know how to respect customers, because he can offerd options.. thanks to us customers, he has a job and has something to eat place food on the table.
