A relaxed campus venue with varied and creative menu, friendly staff, afternoon bar bites discounts, and a well-curated array of craft beer taps. And a chill soundtrack of tunes on the PA.
Zanzibar is a chill above average (for price center) restaraunt. Decent selection if you are not concerned with your health and you eat meat. There is plenty of seating that can accommodate groups of 5 or more. It's an ideal location to host a lab lunch or host some visiting academics.
A really nice place to go that feels like it's off campus even though it is not. It's cozy, the menu is nice, and it's a bit removed from the bustle downstairs. Not the cheapest, but perhaps the best place to grab lunch on campus if you want to treat yourself a bit.
