Coffee tastes like water and overpriced

We stayed the Omni and tried out the breakfast. We ordered a Breakfast Burrito (carne asada, guac, pico de gallo, mexican cheese, fries, crema) and Biscuits with Gravy (warm biscuits, sausage gravy, fried egg, breakfast potatoes) for takeaway. Pretty solid, I really enjoyed both dishes, nice presentation and taste. A lot of breakfast potatoes too! We also got a Banana Cold Foam coffee, it was nice but not for my palate.

We stopped in for brunch and chose the Vegan Breakfast Sandwich. I chose to have a side of berries, my partner had the potatoes. The sandwiches were bigger than expected, quite filling. Enjoyable mid-day fare. We were told the scramble could also be made vegan so we are planning to try that next time. Very clean dining room and quick, courteous service. Will definitely visit again.

Wonderful, friendly staff. They make you feel right at home including the management at Fres.Co. If you are staying at the Omni Hotel, stop by and say hello!

PS to the Manager, if you are reading this post...Don't forget to take the team to the San Diego Zoo for a Team Event!

Ordered the vegan croissant and it comes fully loaded with 2 breakfast "sausages" , thick "eggs" and fresh spinach leaves. Ready for the day after that!

Great food and great service.

Best vegan breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I would have given 5 stars but can't because it's not fully vegan. Also has a vegan oatmeal option.

Really nice place to relax and read. Quiet but pretty inside. Enjoyed the parfait with a hot tea and a latte. Service is great and friendly too. The marble columns are beautiful and I love the location next to the Petco stadium.

Food is delicious, great customer service. I ordered the avocado toast, which comes with a poached egg, I told my waitress if she could make my eggs scrambled well done since I’m pregnant. When I was about to pay, she comes with a teddy bear for my baby 🥹. Definitely made my day.

Wonderful food and service

We had several meals here during our 4-night stay. The generous servings must have been personally prepared by their chef: always an elevated interpretation of classic San Diego entrées. The latte was perfect. Our server spoke with a soft accent, similar to the actor, Sir David Suchet. Very enjoyable experience.

Avocado toast was soggy and poached egg as hard as a shoe. Had to ask them twice to check on my food after other tables who ordered 15 minutes after I did got their food. No apologies from wait staff, just plopped this sad meal on my table in a box as if I hadn't said I'd dine in.

Fresh.Co is the restaurant for the Omni Hotel. There is a walk up counter on the ground floor, but you should really sit down and dine in, as that is really just a coffee counter and a place to grab a quick bite to go. Sitting down you get a full menu of quality food options. The pricing is on par with other local restaurants, maybe even slightly more affordable for the quality. The food was excellent with large serving sizes. My wife is gluten-free and was able to find plenty of options that work for her.

Dietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free and could find lots of options that would work for her.
