I found this place a few weeks ago and I was so glad because this was the last and only Boston Market in Los Angeles area. However when I got there I saw a notice on the door saying the place was closed. Very sad indeed.

I miss the one in cypress ca. I grew up eating this. It’s my favorite restaurant tbh. Too bad all their other locations have been permanently closed. Their cornbread complements their food so well.

So sad, I use to come here with my mom when she worked close by. We loved this place. It was always so busy. It's been years since I have been here. We were in the neighborhood and decided to stop by. Let me just say , save your money and go elsewhere. We should of left seeing it was dinner time and the place was empty. The chicken was so dry, did not have flavor. The Mac n cheese and potatoes were very bland. The corn bread was really dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy is the only thing that had flavor. My husband and I could not eat the food. We tried a few bites and threw it away. It was such a waste of money. So bummed , this place was so good before and now it tastes like horrible cafeteria food. Oh and they take cash only.

Wow what sad place from the looks of the food and the atmosphere we walked in and walked out. Food looked old dry like it had been sitting all day workers looked miserable and were rude. This place shouldn't even be open

This location is a hot mess. The outside and the inside. They have a sign Cash Only!! Big red flag. We walked in and there was nobody in the location and no workers in sight only food under warmers. We just walked out and ordered nothing. Sad days. Used to love this place. Ten out of ten do not recommend.

It’s with a saddened heart I have to leave this review. I have tried multiple times to give this Boston Market the benefit of the doubt, but ultimately either this location needs to close down or be taken over by new management, and I’m really hoping the latter.I went to Boston Market a lot when I was young and had high expectations from it since then. I have gone to this location a total of 4 times. The first time, it was perfect; it had everything I wanted and it tasted delicious, which was why I wanted to come back. The second time, it didn’t have the chicken I wanted and I noticed there were a lot of hand written signs covering their menu as to what they didn’t have. I also noticed there was not a single guest in there. Whatever, I ordered something else and was hoping I could come back another time and get what I was hoping for.A few weeks later, I came back with my husband to get the chicken I was waiting for, but again, they were still out of the same things I’ve been wanting. But the thing was, both times they were out of their staple sides as well, like the macaroni and sweet potato casserole. And it wasn’t just a couple things they were out of, they were out of what seemed to be half the menu. At this point, I was upset, and yet again I noticed that there was no one else in this restaurant. My husband said that the restaurant gave him an uncanny feeling, but also because one of the lights was out in the dining area. I could see that, but chose to look past it.The last and final time I will be going to this Boston Market is because on my current attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt, I FINALLY ordered what I wanted: the Parmesan Tuscan chicken with macaroni, sweet potato casserole, and a cornbread. Everything I’ve been waiting for, but all for not ? the sweet potato casserole and cornbread are not the recipe I distinctly remember from Boston Market. Everything was cold. They had a sign on their door that said they couldn’t take card payments. Their soda fountain wasn’t working. There was no one in the restaurant. And the worker was on her phone and disinterested. It is pretty sad to see that this restaurant is on it’s last breath and by the looks of it, there is no hope in trying to save it.

The Last Boston Market in California this is the end of an Era. The Rotisserie chicken is no more

They need to cut down the tree so you can see the boston market logo from the street.

The young gentleman that was there on 1/7 @ 1pm was super attentive and respectful! Thank you for the great experience! He deserves a raise

Quality of food is not the same. Iv come here from time to time and enjoyed all my other experiences eating. Today, everything looked as if was re warmed up from the day before and did not look fresh, neither did it taste fresh. The chicken patty was freezer burned, Mac and Cheese was mushy, and mash potatoes were cold. Eating here was a treat and today was a bad tasting experience. Wasted $18.82. Last meal I will get here.

I visited and purchased the holiday catering last year, and we all enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this year was way below standards. The mac & cheese was so salty and super soupy. I had to throw it away. The mashed potatoes did not taste like anything, and the stuffing had a lot of pieces of the bread that were really hard. Needless to say, I ended up throwing most of the food. The ham and the turkey were OK,, but it ruined our dinner since we had to toss most of it. Very disappointed this year. I will not be ordering from them again.

Chicken was dry and cold, mashed potapo was cold, Mac and cheese was runny. I was so disappointed by taste and quality. No wonder the place was so empty. Will not go there again.
