Venturing to a place we've forgotten about. I don't think Cafe Rio has a huge presence in SoCal. I really do not recall seeing many in the LA area. Back to try the enchiladas. It's basically a taco faves down with some Green sauce. Not bad. I had the pork barbacoa and it was tasty. I could forego the beans and rice but I had with the meal already. The new queso dip is ok. It's nothing like elote on the cob. It's just melted cheese which I can't figure out what kind of cheese with chili powder on top. Nothing to it. The chips are the best light and crunchy. Better than any fast food casual dining. I think I'd pass on this queso dip next time. The restaurant is clean and could be swept and tables wiped down. Service is efficient. Ample parking (lot).

This place is DISGUSTING! came in here Tuesday night and ordered 2 salads to go through the mobile app. They messed up the order. They put things on the salad I clearly asked them to remove. The salad was a literal SWAMP of liquid from the shredded chicken they didn't drain out before putting it on the salad. AKA SOGGY TORTILLA. Ohhhhh and the worst and most disgusting part?! The guacamole was literally RANCID!! It smelt terrible and was so incredibly sour. I cannot believe they are serving this garbage to people and also charging $15 + for it. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE RIO!!

Food and service were great. Dining room was not very clean and the patio was disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been tended to in months. Dirt/leaves, dirty tables/chairs with cobwebs. Could be a pleasant experience, but it wasn't.

This was a one of my favorite go to spots, just seen that the prices went up in dollar amounts, I get that they need to go with inflation but the one thing that was so disappointing was the serving amount of meat, literally it was a sprinkle of meat and a mouth full of lettuce. I'll never return what a shame price hike and smaller food portions that's not how it works. Never again cafe rio good riddance.

I used to really like coming to Cafe Rio on a weekly basis. But the food portions are much smaller and quality has seemed to go down hill as well, not to mention its not worth the price anymore either. As for customer service the cashier women is always nice and welcoming but the manager not so much.

The staff were exceptional, the food was superb. The tortillas are exquisite. I always appreciate their positive energy each time I visit, they always greet me with a smile. It is consistently satisfactory.Vegetarian options: Rice, Beans, Mild sauce only, Vinegarette only, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Fajita Vegetables, all vegetables. Chips.

I liked this place for the past 5 years but it just downgraded overtime. Main complaint is the service. I’ve gotten delivery from here the past 6 months which was something I never done before. I usually order the burrito with the sides and a drink but the past few deliveries was always something missing. No sauce, no extra sauce, no chips, or no drink. I don’t know why it’s a habit for them to forget to put the sauces. The final straw was when I got my recent burrito and it was lazily wrapped, like no effort was put in. It only had rice, pork, and beans but it became a sloppy mess when I picked it up. Also it would make sense for them to label their take out food packaging especially if two similar meals have a different type of meat. I’m sorry but I’m going back to chipotle. At least they label their stuff and aren’t expensive like this place.

I ordered a chicken tostada, but it had a different taste this time, nit sure if pico de gallo was not fresh. I wanted to buy a horchata the self-serve machine was out.
