They've taken away the person-operated registers, and replaced with self-serve. The 'jury is still out' on that...

The people working in this department work extremely hard, but the pizza I got today was horrible. If something is not up the standard, why do they put it on the line. Afterwards, when the employees looks at the pizza and it doesn't look edible, the dough doesn't look cooked, and it's a deformed pizza.. why do you serve it to someone?

You can never go wrong with the Costco food court. I can't believe how low the prices have been able to stay. Love that for them

Shout out to Devon who honestly went above the call of service to give that impeccable let me make your day that much better kind of service that so few Costco's are genuinely known for!!! After asking a short lady with glasses on 7/10/23 who originally got my order receipt if it was to much trouble after phone ordering my order to ensure the pizza was actually cut vs the norm of barely cut slices and making a mess with three hungry toddlers to ensure it's cut she gave the excuse that they where too busy (no lines and barely anyone waiting since it was close to closing) and blew me off. Devon over heard and took charge just to make it easier and an all around better experience to take the extra min to quickly make sure it was all good. That extra effort made the world of difference and took all but one min todo. It's ppl like that short lady that gives Costco a bad review and ppl like Devon who kill it in customer service and ensure the brand is setting the standard!!! Thank you Devon for going the extra effort in making life a little bit easier and enjoyable for a parent with three toddlers!!!

Costco changed their food court policy in march 2022 that only members can purchase food from the food court. Boo.

The hotdog today doesn't seem fresh bc it doesn't have the crunch when you bite into and the bun was falling apart . We've always had a great experience with your food court so this is a first . I was wondering if you changed your products .

Wow, kudos to Danny. He took his time to listen to me and make a great personal recommendation. Talked to him about cramps and the amount of H2O in-taking during runs... He also stated How the IV will benefit my kiddos, too who are starting football practice. Not only did he highly recommend the liquid IV, but best thing it is on SALE! stock up, y'all! That's G-R-E-A-T customer service! Thank you, Danny!!!!

WOW! What a literal night-and-day difference compared to the Azusa Costco! I live in Pasadena but will GLADLY drive the extra 15 mins/10 miles extra to come here over the Azusa location. And yes, especially with gas prices today. Why? See below. 1) Closing time. At this location they do not corral you like cattle. The Azusa location literally shouts at you and they form a line pushing you to the front of the store exactly at 8:30pm. Just one set of lights get returned off as a gentle reminder it's closing time. I was able to comfortably shop for the rest of what I needed 15 minutes past closing. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of the vibe here. Everyone is so calm. They don't rush you to finish. That extra 15 minutes allowed me to go from a few items in my cart at $30.... to more items at $81.50 (out the door). Because I didn't feel rushed. The food court. God bless this place. The food court was open and had food available until 8:45pm. So if you were late getting in and finishing shopping, you were still able to buy some hot food. The Azusa place? A joke. At 8:30pm sharpppp, they bring out the chemicals and start cleaning the food court. Done. Sorry. This place ... the whole vibe is just calm, accommodating, and low-stress. It's unbelievable. 2) The Inventory. The variety of items at this location is just amazing. I can't believe I wasted my money at the Azusa location. Not only does this location have a wider variety of items for sale, they also have large inventory of said items. It's not bare bones and they aren't strategically pushing around pallets to look full. Someone's doing something right here. 3) Vibe. Just in general friendly people who work here and they don't rush or push you out the door. Everyone's calm here and not inexperienced. I don't know how else to say it. But my shopping experience here was wayyy better than I knew was possible at a Costco. Well done. Whoever's running this place. Good employees you have and excellent variety/inventory.

I went to Costco, San dimas to buy a chair. I found an employee Jasmine, to help me locate the chair. The chairs were not delivered to their store yet. So she called Chino Hills Costco to see if they had the chair in stock. Lucky for me, they had one. I went to get it at Chino Hills, Costco purchased the chair and 3 guys (employees) loaded into my car for me! Great Customer Service at both locations!!! I'm so happy!!

I bought 4 tires and was underwhelmed by their service. I would say it was on par with what I experienced the last time I had to go in to get my driving license renewed. These guys were putting in their 8 hours and knew they didn't get anything extra for hustle so they were doing the minimum. Their paperwork was on par as they copied/typed in the wrong DOT# for the tires adding an extra character and not noticing that one tire had a different DOT#. I hope they paid attention when they balanced the tires. If I was looking for a culprit I'd bet anything there is poor management somewhere up the chain.
