The food and service is ok. But there was a strong sewer gas, methane type smell at our table. I think there is a sewer line break nearby that is leaking into the building. Need to get a plumber out with the gas detection equipment ASAP.

Food was good. Service was good. However, the place smelled like SEWER. I don’t know if it’s a plumbing issue or all the upholstery needs to be replaced. We will not be returning until the smell is gone. Also, all of the blinds were drawn, so it was dark inside. And looked closed from the outside!

There’s a musky pungent smell inside possibly caused by sewage lines?? Will not be eating at this IHOP again even though I live nearby. Service was good and the fluffy French toast was delicious.

It was our first time at the IHOP in San Dimas. The service was amazing! We were seated right away and the waitress was so nice and friendly. She took our drink order and brought it immediately. The restaurant was so clean and cool. Our food came quickly and was delicious.

We had to wait a few minutes before any staff noticed us, they looked understaffed but they did a nice job with the few people they had. Food was very good as usual, price was fair. Bathroom looked rather shabby but will definitely be coming back very soon.

We came to IHOP at 10:40pm on a Saturday and it was closed. Before we left our house we checked the hours and hours state they close at 3 AM! Very unhappy we made the drive just for it to be closed
