You need more staff in this place. I ordered 3 drinks and it took more than 20 mins waiting time. There are currenntly 2 working, both slow.

We ordered Acai bowls and they were given in a horrible condition. Might as well have ordered a slush drink. The fruit wasn’t cut properly and the granola was soggy. Horrible.

Service was great. Friendly. Informative. Accommodating. They also have a wide variety of beverages to choose from.We ordered a taro milk tea with boba and a jasmine green tea without boba. The boba was cooked perfectly and had that subtle sweetness. The taro milk tea, however, was just OK. It wasn't the best quality of taro tea. I've had better.The jasmine green tea was seriously lacking in flavor. We had asked for it to be sweetened, but it tasted watered down -- hardly any essence of jasmine whatsoever. We've had better jasmine green tea elsewhere.The place has one banquette for seating, no tables. Not sure about outdoor seating as we came in at night.It was VERY cold inside as the AC was on high blast. With temps in the low 50s at night, this was absolutely unnecessary.So there's good boba, but questionable beverages. If you can't make a proper jasmine green tea or taro milk tea, I'm not sure I'm motivated to come back and sample other drinks.

We stopped by Bobatime to get fruit smoothies. I am not sure if they use powder flavors or not, but the smoothies lacked flavor and had a watery consistency. Unfortunately, we did not taste the drinks until we got into the car. Once in the car we tried each other's drinks and agreed the flavor was much less than acceptable. If we had not left the strip mall, we would have taken the drinks back for a refund. Instead we drove up the road to Teaport in in the Costco strip mall, threw away ther Bobatime drinks and purchased new drinks with much better flavor and consistency. In addition, the Teaport drinks were much cheaper for the size.

I am SO sick of this place never being able to take a simple off the menu order correctly AND never giving you the drink you ordered!!!!I ordered a Strawberry peach slush. They acted like that was a super hard order. Finally managed to type it in, then gave me a strawberry smoothie!!!! I DONT DRINK MILK!!!This is the worst boba time out of every boba time ever.

I love boba time and sad to say I gave this new location 3 tries and each time the boba is hard, the milk tea is watered down. Maybe they don’t add enough powder? It’s unfortunate this location is not good.
