Came today for lunch, the male worker was doing a great job even though he seemed to be the only one working for a while. He did great managing taking orders, making the food, serving, etc. Very impressed!
Very good tasty ramen.
Restroom however doesn't have soap and towels.

First time here and I really enjoyed my meal. Had the Chicken meatballs in chicken broth, mild with a side of pork gyozas. The atmosphere was really chill, I read my books as I waited for my meal. I'm definitely going back to try out their other options, maybe no spice to try out the broth without the heat of the spice.

Kotsu Ramen & Gyoza San Dimas is a top choice for ramen lovers, known for its welcoming service and warm ambiance. Customers appreciate the attentive staff who are always ready to answer questions. The restaurant has recently updated its menu, and the soup remains a highlight. The spicy dish continues to be a favorite, while the Tonya Flame ramen impresses with its robust flavor, even through delivery. Vegans will find plenty of options, like the tonyu kick with tofu and vegan gyoza, which are both tasty and packed with veggies. Reviewers note that this location offers more vegan choices than the Montclair spot. For those who enjoy chicken, the chicken ramen with chicken broth is also well-received. Although there's limited seating, including some outdoor options, the enjoyable experience makes Kotsu a must-visit for flavorful ramen and gyoza in LA County.
