Came in for a cup of water and the workers are the rudest. They work customer service, part of their job is to serve and do it with a good attitude. let me emphasize we asked nicely and said thank you. Not sure if they were profiling or what was going on in their head but regardless it was unprofessional and rude. Find another job if you don't want to deal customer service : ) will not buy boba from there anymore!

This was my first time ever coming to this place. We decided to try the strawberry milk tea with boba and it was amazing! The strawberry flavor was so great! And the boba was perfect! Loved the cleanliness and atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back The woman at the counter was also very helpful with choosing the best flavor!

Great drink menu and always consistent! It was quite cold in there on an already cold day... maybe turn down the ac a little? No seating really so you need to purchase and leave. Friendly and helpful service. We will be back!

The teas there were aesthetic and taste great! The workers there were fast and efficient, while being very nice and accommodating! The bench to sit down inside was usually open, and the place was cold but not unpleasant. An added plus is most of the cold drinks are customizable (you can add/not add toppings). Would definitely recommend!!

So yum so happy they opened a location here in lil san dimas!! my go to is the coconut strawberry but today I tried the strawberry yogurt smoothie and it was yum to the max. Juliana had great customer service and the drinks came out super fast even with the Sunday rush!! Will def come back the vibes are immaculate
