Ordered 3 items and my order was wrong. The wait wasn’t too bad but I prefer it to be if it means I get what I paid for. No spicy good good at this location. Would have given at least 4 stars if my order was right I got nuggets I ordered stuffed jalapeños.

Hello Everyone and my fellow foodies like me. Went to this Jack in the box the other day. I came across one of the most Kindest Sweetest ladies in the fast food industry !!!! Jasmine is her name OMG we need to spread the word this woman is a saint and very polite !!! She has real conversations with you and brings you smiles and joy. I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter she brought such joy to my baby girls heart and that sits extremely well with me. I hope the franchise owner treats these employees with up most respect other wise complaints will be coming his or her way. The employees here are fanatics and the service is top tier !!! Thank you Jasmine, may thy Lord continue to bless you !!!!

unbelievable. the young man with the glasses, on the heavier side, working the window is extremely disrespectful. I went with my boyfriend to enjoy a snack at this jack in the box and this young man was slamming the window in my face, and causing a scene with my boyfriend. I don't know what this man was going through, but the fact he brought it on my bf is crazy! this man needs an education and a life! find better employees

Just drove up today craving egg rolls and the worker was blocking the driveway after getting out of my car he says we’re closed come back in 30 min omg I just left what no workers showed

These people are so dam rude it’s ridiculous. U can’t even call for references cuz they hung up on you. Who ever is the area coach they need to retrain these people or ship them out. That’s why fast food has such a bad reputation because of these ediots . No wonder I already have had 3 employees applying here from that store and saying how badly they get treated now I believe them. I called at 6 pm u need to find out who was the girl that answered the phone . Give her the last check

The place wasn't busy took a while to get us our food. Cashier forgot to give me my receipt I had to ask for it. Sitting area was a bit dirty. Dirty tables not wiped down. Floor needed to be swept.
