All the employees were great. Made our sandwiches perfect, and did it fast. Everything was clean, and besides not having white bread (I’m sure because it was a Sunday and Christmas Eve, so nobody wanted to cook) they were excellent!

The sandwiches are pretty much always good (although it appears skimping on meats) My advice here is to make sure your employees answer phone for orders. I called at 3:17 pm no answer so figured perhaps they are busy! I drive there and not one person (customer) was present! I noticed the 2 young ladies talking while working then I ordered, meanwhile phone is ringing and no one is answering phone!! FYI you are missing out on $ from orders!! Unless you're not taking phone orders anymore! Otherwise your sandwiches are fresh and good

We ordered delivery through their app for my daughter's birthday and the food never came. The store was so kind and fixed the situation very quickly. The food was delicious! I definitely recommend them.

Food is great, have been here often. Their online ordering is not the best, but not this stores fault. They should also move pick up orders to somewhere not anyone can reach as one time a random person walked in and took my online order as I was getting something else. A really great place to eat with amazing employees. From the moment we walked in this location, we saw nothing but smiles. We were greeted by everybody who came in eye contact with us, making sure that we were acknowledged, which is a very very positive thing when it comes to customer service, but I have to give a shout out to Alyssa, who went out of her way to custom a sandwich in a way that my wife and I can both enjoy it and she did it with a smile and I'm so grateful for these sandwich shops because they somehow find the good ones and those good ones are great so Alyssa thank you so much for making my wife and I smile today and making it a fun evening with a great sandwich. You're an amazing employee and I hope to see you there wearing a manager badge soon

I do not recommend this location due to poor quality of service female employee making my sandwich was frustrated and seemed annoyed at everything.
They never get the order right when you order online. And THEN when they get the order wrong, they give you a hard time about it, especially Madison. They will literally open your sandwich and pull up your receipt to show you that they weren’t wrong, when they were. And then you have to pull up your order on your phone just to show them that you ordered it the way you wanted it so they will remake it. It’s crazy.
