Superb drive-thru options a huge cut above most drive-thru food. Very nice service workers. Wait time is never very long.

Very friendly staff. At drive - thru the wait is (expectedly) a bit long but worth it, of course!

The really fat lady who works at this location is so rude to everyone. My fiancé and I watched her scold an older lady today. How disgraceful!! She needs a chill pill.

Not enough charging/a/c outlets for the normal number of guests that are in the dinning room.Employees lack smiles (and positive energy) which casts a shadow - - Mngmt & employees not in alignment?Plus too many menu choices shown on fancy tablets "not available" when I visit.Generally, there has been a decline in the noticeably *good* food quality remembered from 2010-2017. Ever since Cv-19 there have been incremental degradations of that "great & freshly cooked" (or baked) Panera cuisine. Conversely - - prices are escalating as fast (possibly even faster) than comparable eateries.Need I mention an overall lack of staff members?

Amazing dinner. Service given by Matt. Genuine and treated us like family!Feed was excellent. Extremely busy night day after new years. The team including matt was bustin butt to ensure super service! They should celebrate making it thru the holidays! Great meal and service from Olive Garden! Yum!

I ordered a soup bowl for $10 and got my bowl less than half filled. The spoon didn't even fully submerge into the foul, viscous liquid they fed me. I overheard some of the employees talking, saying they cursed me and my friends soup via witchcraft. AVOID this location!

The bowl of soup was insulting. There was such a little amount of soup in my bowl, I had to sign in to my google account to warn you not to buy food from here. You do not get your moneys worth. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Plus I could hear some weird witch craft going on in the back, really freaked me out, but I was too disappointed with my soul to pay attention to what’s going on back there. Will never be back to this one.

Frequented this location several times a month, plus subscribed to a sip club membership. One day recently, I politely requested no tomatoe or mustard on my sandwhich, to my surprise and dismay I was told this was not possible. First by a rude young man named Liam and then I asked to speak to the manager who told me the same, in an equally rude manner. I was told the customer cannot request to modify value duets... after trying to reason with them to no avail, I finally conceded defeat, requested a refund, and left hungry and confused. Apparently at this location, the customer is not right. Sad, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. How does a business make money by refusing to satisfy customers and add unwanted ingredients that go to waste? Ridiculous.

Sorry Panera but this location in San Dimas needs help badly. Location # 601857 specifically.Just a few words to this review. There were gnats on the pastries and no one seemed to care. I don't understand why Panera doesn't have an enclosed pastry display rather than keeping it open to insects attaching themselves to almost every pastry while I was there waiting in line.Of course, I didn't order any of the open-air pastries. Also, while I was there, my business colleague went to the restroom and informed me that there were two stalls with diarrhea displaced in them and no one there went in to clean them as we watched the staff go in and out of the restrooms and not one took the time to clean them as we re-checked for our own amusement.Patrons, please steer clear of this location until their management gets there head on straight and takes care of these issues.Good luck Panera. You have a lot to learn in the food industry.

The air conditioning doesn't seem to work and it got super hot while I was eating my lunch not making it enjoyable. I ordered a sandwich. At other paneras, I've experienced them cutting the sandwitch in Half and at this one they left it uncut, making it hard to eat. All I ordered was a sandwitch and soup and it came out to be $20. For $20 they can at least cut the sandwich in half

Stopped in for lunch. Looking forward to a latte. They told us they could not make a latte because they only have skim milk.
