Small shop, great popularity. Ordered the new Rojo sandwich which had a wonderful blend of habanero sauce, pork, and avocado that was unlike any other deli sandwich. Had a great kick to it, but not too intense because of the avocado. Cubano sandwich was also a classic. Service was great, accomodations easily adjusted for every sandwich. Easy for eating in the car, and a fulfilling meal with great portions. Food was so delicious I forgot to take pictures!

Have you ever had a sandwich so good, that you lose concentration? Like you take a bite and woah, what was I even doing before this? That's the Via Verde Pork Sandwich.

You see the chefs making food from scratch behind the counter, meanwhile the chains dump stuff out of plastic bags and are charging 50% more. Honor yourself with better food for lower price. Divert a few dollars away from the corporate hegemony to a local business who reminds us every day...

Alexis and Rudy are so kind and generous and the food is absolutely delicious! My favorite is the Via Verde sandwich, pesto pasta and chorizo soup on Thursdays! I only wish I would have discovered them sooner!!!
