I've been coming here for many, many years and their food quality has gone down hill to the point where we will not be returning.
No one wants to eat warm fish. Especially when it's 90 degrees out. Not to mention the quality of the fish has gone down hill within the last year.

Disappointing, all hype. All you can eat, not a buffet service. Confusing menu and policies, charge extra for left over food, overpriced, slow to provide sushi orders, missed orders, auto tip and requested more tip. Food was good.

All you can eat sushi. Busy enough the sushi is fresh, ended up there for over 2 hours eating and talking. Close enough to my birthday that they put on birthday music and tried to get me to dance to it lol.

Food was great. The server well letâs just say I wonât ever come back. Customer service should be number one priority. Great food alone wonât bring back return business. If the reception guy doesnât like their job, perhaps they should go. Tip. Smile and donât talk down to customers.
4 stars for the great food donât want to lower the standards of the restaurant because of personnel or one person.

Iâve loved Show Sushi for years, but the customer service has gotten shockingly badâborderline harassment. The same waitress has repeatedly approached my table even when she isnât serving us just to threaten extra charges. Months ago, she claimed my niece âsharedâ my miso soup because she took one accidental sip, then tried to charge us for a second soup while refusing to even bring it out. I let it go at the time. But our Valentineâs Day visit was the last straw. My husband and I ordered AYCE, and this same waitress kept interrupting our meal to warn us weâd be charged for any unfinished rolls. It was intrusive and uncomfortable. When I became nauseous near the end and had to spit out a piece of sushi into a napkin, she aggressively snatched the napkin, opened it in my face, and said weâd be charged extra for what I had spit up on top of what was left on the plate. She then left the napkin open in front of me like Iâd done something wrong. When bringing the bill, she grabbed the payment out of my husbandâs hand and walked away without a word. At that point, we were so uncomfortable we just left without tipping. The food is great, but the treatment we received was rude, unprofessional, and honestly humiliating.
Terrible service even on a slow Thursday. Host for the evening was terrible and rude. Sushi is not bad

Really good food and selection for an AYCE sushi place. You can also get on the wait list through yelp if youre nearby because it can get pretty full quick. Really good spot and good service.

Ngl this place should be gate kept....best AYCE sushi in a 100mi radius. Honestly this place beats 80% of the regular non ayce sushi places too and considering it's only $50/person total with tax & tip this place is also a good deal for the quality and variety!
