Show Sushi is an AYCE sushi spot with a huge variety of options, from classic rolls to specialty rolls, sashimi, and cooked items. The selection is definitely the highlight—plenty to choose from and great if you’re coming hungry and want to try a little of everything. The food itself was decent and satisfying for an all-you-can-eat place. However, the experience was brought down by the service. I understand they can get very busy, but the attitude of both the waiter and the host lady felt unwelcoming and a bit rushed. Friendly service goes a long way, especially in a place where guests are spending time ordering multiple rounds. Overall, good variety and solid AYCE value, but the service could really use improvement to match the food.

It wasn’t as busy here today, but the lady wasn’t very nice. She kicked us out before all of us are here. We can’t even wait inside, despite the cold weather out there. Other than that the food was fine. Just try feelings weren’t very nice.

Unacceptable Customer Experience
I attempted to place a takeout order and was treated with complete disrespect by the server, Lisa. She showed zero patience and abruptly hung up while I was still confirming my order. Ending a call on a customer like that is incredibly unprofessional. If this is how Lisa represents the restaurant, it says a lot about their standards. Blacklisted

I always eat sushi here when I'm in town. Great service from the servers but also the Sous chefs. Huge selection of all you can eat sushi. Cold Beers and great place to eat and watch Monday night football. I always come back for Great Sushi.

I’ve been coming to Show Sushi for years, but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. I called and placed an order over the phone and was never told it would be an hour wait. I arrived 30 minutes later, gave the waitress my name for pick up, she went to check if my order was ready, and came back and laughed and said, “too bad.” I was shocked — I thought she was joking.
Then the man who took my order came out and claimed he told me it would be an hour wait, which he absolutely did not. I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally and disrespectfully.
Show Sushi just lost a loyal, long-time customer. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be stepping foot in this place again.
This place is FAMOUS, and for good reason. All you can eat for one price, but upcharges apply for anything ordered but not eaten on the premises. Always busy here. Lunch is far easier and quicker than dinner.

Went tonight with my son (12) and daughter (3). Supposedly the guy with the mask is the manager, he said his name is Young. He’s so strict it’s rude. Horrible customer service. Been coming to this place for about 3 years and always dread getting by him at the front door. Tonight he told me my son had to pay for the adult AYCE at $36 because he’s a few inches taller than the kids line. I told him he was just going to have some chicken and rice, that’s it. His exact response, “perfect, we have that on the AYCE section for $36.99.” Really man? Penny pinching that much? We walked away. Horrible service. The food is good just be ready for harassment by the guy with the mask.

One of my favorite places to eat AYCE sushi. Portions are great, the sushi is excellent, sashimi is BRILLIANT and masterfully prepped. The servers are consistently polite and prompt. This is where you go to celebrate special occasions.
