Really busy at lunch time, even on weekdays. The tables and the counter was a little crowded with not a lot of space in between. You order with a QR code with the AYCE. They did get my order wrong once. If you sit at the bar, the sushi chef will sometimes just hand you your food without warning. I had to constantly be checking if my sushi was coming out which made the experience a little less enjoyable. The sushi was pretty good and the apps were mediocre. The rice ratio isn't great but isn't bad. I can see why it's a really busy spot. I personally wouldn't recommend but if you want sushi that is consistently decent you can come here. The price was average for lunch and dinner and there isn't a premium menu.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place it not little kid friendly. I came with my husband and kids from 45 min away since we don't have an AYCE joint in our home city. My kids were not going to eat, they are super picky, but my husband and I couldn't find babysitters so we didn't think it'd be a problem. We waited about 15 min and I realized I listed first available on the wait list rather than table. I updated it with a staff member and mentioned that my two kids wouldn't be eating. He said that he would still charge me the AYCE price because anyone who sits in the restaurant has to pay. What?? So I asked him what about babies and 1 year olds, and he said if you're under a certain height the child is free but if you're over the set height you have to pay either the kids or adult AYCE price, whether the child eats or not. I asked for him to show me that policy on the website or in the store and he couldn't, he said it's just a restaurant policy. If we knew that, we wouldn't have made the drive. I asked to speak with the manager because this doesn't make sense and he said he was the manager. I asked to speak with the GM, he said that she wasn't in, asked for an email, he said he doesn't give out personal info, so I let him know I'd be calling her. I walked out, walked across the patio to my family and wouldn't you know it, the manager followed me out of the restaurant to ask me if he should take me off the wait list. I asked him if he was serious. Completely unnecessary. He can deny the harassment all he wants but my family and another big group witnessed the exchange.
I've never heard of a restaurant turning away patrons because their kids are just going to sit and wait for their parents to eat. We don't have access to babysitters. I'll never go back here again. We ended up finding another AYCE sushi place called Takumi in Upland and they happily accepted our kids.

First time visiting, we chose all you can eat. There is no paper menu, you can only download the menu and order on your phone. We are old people with poor eyesight and can't see the phone image clearly, so two of the dishes we received My friend didn't like it , after tasting it he spit it on the plate. As a result, they charged an extra $10 when checking out. The service staff had a bad attitude. We will not go there again.

Having fun with my beardies

My favorite go to AYCE sushi restaurant. Love the cajun tuna and peppered salmon. The Hawaiian roll tiger roll mountain roll and shrimp lover are excellent. The goyzas poke nachos shrimp and vegetable tempura are delicious! Miso soup and sashimi salad are also yummy.

Take out for 2 for slightly over $100. Not liking the forced 10% gratuity. Not sure if main chef changed, but rolls dont taste as good as used to. Ended up eating 1/4 of the three rolls ordered and half the Nigerian sushis ordered.

I recently went to this sushi restaurant with friends, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Initially, we were told the wait for seating would be about 10 minutes, but that quickly turned into 35 minutes, and eventually we were waiting over an hour with no explanation from the staff. Once seated, the delays continued, and it took another hour for our food to arrive. While the sushi itself was decent, the lack of communication was unacceptable. No one kept us informed about the wait time, and the staff seemed overwhelmed or indifferent. The long wait and poor service made the evening much less enjoyable, and I doubt I’ll be coming back.

Ruined My Friend’s Birthday!

If I could give zero stars, I would! We came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and the experience was a complete disaster. After waiting over an hour just to get seated, we finally placed our order—and then waited another hour only to find out they had lost our order completely!

We sat there with nothing, while other tables that came in after us were getting their food. The staff didn’t seem to care at all that it was a special occasion. No apology, no urgency to fix the problem—nothing. What was supposed to be a fun birthday dinner turned into a frustrating, embarrassing mess.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They ruined a special night, and I’ll never come back.

That should highlight the frustration of having a birthday celebration ruined!

Here’s an angry review you could use:

Terrible Experience - Stay Away!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We waited for over an hour just to get a table. Fine, sometimes places are busy, but what happened next is completely unacceptable. After we finally got seated, we placed our order and waited another hour—only to find out they had completely lost our order!

The staff was disorganized, unapologetic, and didn’t seem to care at all that we had been waiting forever. No communication, no update, just an empty table while other people who came in way later were getting served. Ridiculous!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and your money—this was easily the worst dining experience I’ve had in years.

That should get the point across!

This place is not what it used to be. I went here recently and got 3 rolls with a friend. All rolls had VERY little fish, like I'm not kidding paper thin slices of fish. Ridiculous for how much you're paying. Custom service is sub par. Will no longer be coming here.
