Placed an online order for pick up.They didn't look at the ticket.my ticket reads lettuce tomato cheese avacado and bacon.they give me spinach cucumber olives and banana peppers. what the???!!lol.live and learn. no more online. you gotta watch em. lol

So I came here Thursday December 7th 2023 at 8:45pm and the sign is clearly on and says open yes these 2 girls wanted to close the store early for some reason. I mean it's posted online that they close at 9pm I look and they see me standing at the door and just laugh at me and continue to ignore the fact that I'm standing at the door when the business should still be operating.

My new main restaurant. The girls here are so nice and friendly. The girl at the register was very kind and welcoming. The other girls were fast. Thanks ladies. My daughter and I are inside and had a great meal.

Jacob has superb customer service and is not at all bothered with going the extra mile to get your sub just the perfect way you want it....im one happy guy when i come to this sub and he attends me and my family....????

They don't do any promotion on the app in this store, they do not want to provide any deal as their official website. Ordered full price but employees did not follow the instructions at all. Never gonna come again

First of all, one employee which was a young brunette hair girl didn't acknowledge my presence as I stood. I said hello and she just looked at me and continue to do a sandwich. I was annoyed and waited patiently until I nice older lady helped me. Then, I went to go get my drink and the machine was not working, there was no ice dispensing just the drinks.

At there at 2:34 pm on 8/27/23. While we waiting for Anna to serve us we ask a question of Olivia who stated straight ahead. Olivia never acknowledged our presence let alone our question. We tried to order a cold cut combo but Anna told us they of cold cuts. Never offered any alternatives. My wife order a tuna sandwich with a side of roast beef. Anna place the roast beef on the sandwich. We were charged for a roast beef sand which. We all wanted tomatoes on our sandwiches we were told they were of tomatoes as Olivia made an online order with ... tomatoes. I ordered a Cali Fresh wrap. I had to remind Anna what came on it and even through she to read it wrong. The price on the billboard said it was 9.89 but I was charged 14.89. The store was clean, sandwiches ok, but between the sad customer service and the overcharging I will not return. $43 isn't cheap, but to pay that and to get service we got isn't acceptable.

The subway has better customer service and most restaurants around the area. They are always extremely friendly give a nice heaping portion of meat, and they aint skipmy on veggies either. I'd rather come here than any fast food

Do not order any food through a food order app or through the Subway app. Staff doesn't follow instructions and even throws orders in the trash, then laughs about it when you ask them about it. The owner or store manager doesn't care when a complaint is issued. They just send you a generic email response. Save yourself the trouble and order from Jersey Mike's or Philly's Best.

First time here at this location of Subway in San Dimas since we happen to be in the area. OMG, this has got to be the worst Subway I've been to. I agree completely with the other 1- star reviewers. The bread does look smaller than 1 foot or is exactly 1 foot long. No extras. No one was visible in the front area, and I could hear them all in the back. I said hello a few times and then this girl walks out like I was interrupting them. There was no hello, no sorry or acknowledgment. At least the tuna was the same. Needless to say, we were disappointed and will not be going back to this location. I must say, after we were there, then other customers came in and got a more friendly greeting being it was getting a little busy. So sad these young kids can't be professional all the time and have better customer service practices.
