Came almost at closing and Marissa was just amazing even though it was late. She really had a great attitude , she was so kind and patient. It really made our experience wonderful. The food was delicious and plentiful! You get what you pay for... worth it!!! Thank you Marissa.

I love their food but their service is horrible. One BIG thing i noticed that they do often is they close an hour or sometimes half an hour before closing!!! They leave the open sign on and when people walk up to the door they just stare and laugh... Horrible.

What a weird concept, but this place was alright. Not the best poke ever, but it was alright for what it was. They use way too much sauce and the rice seemed a bit old but it is what it is. Nothing to really complain about... but probably won't go back.

Used to love coming here all the time but for the past couple months there has been a huge decline in quality and value. Every time I go to this restaurant I feel like I’m getting cheated with the smaller and smaller portions, to the point where I feel scammed and disappointed. All the negative reviews say the same thing so Im sure you can see it’s not an isolated incident. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I'm gonna refrain from typing a giant essay and just get to the point.1. Increasingly sub-par quality2. Awful portions3. Rude Employees (not all but enough to ruin the experience)4. Frequent mistakes in order, or they forget stuff.Just go to a different poke place.

Went there earlier today. I've been holding off reviews because I used to really like this restaurant but this is ridiculous now. I got food poisoning, and I barely ate any cause it was disgusting. Unacceptable don't eat here seriously.

This review is solely about the wings. I went here on my 40 minute lunch break, and it took them nearly the entirety of my break (~35 mins) for 6 wings. Needless to say, I didn’t have enough time to eat before returning to work. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

Poke was good. Too much sauce but I accidentally agreed for additional in my bowl so that's on me. Wings were not good. They were big and meaty pieces but they didn't have that crisp. Sauce was bland and thin. Almost watery. May go back for poke but def not the wings.

Came here on my way to HARD SUMMER music festival since me and my boys were hungry from the long drive. The workers were nice, and the menu was easy to understand. I ordered a Poke Bowl and thought the ingredient quality seemed fine. I oversauced my bowl, but that's my fault, and not the business' fault. Overall the poke tasted fine, and I thought the portion was decent too! I also ordered the wings, and these chicken wings were HUGE! I got the garlic parmesan and the BBQ. The wings were a little too saucy for my preference, as I enjoy more of a crispy bite, but I had no complaints. I was satisfied! Might stop by here again if I'm ever in the area.

This place was my go-to for wings, especially their lemon pepper. But lately, they have totally dropped the ball. This latest order led me to write this review. I ordered 30 piece wings with 20 flavored lemon pepper, and 10 garlic parmesan. What I got was 20 no flavor wings, and 10 parmesan wings (no garlic); Now by the time I realized this, I was home at it was already 9pm, so I could not call to complain; Other than opening up my food and tasting it before I leave, I am not sure what the best recourse would have been. I expect that the flavors I ordered will be in the bag. They were not. While they may offer credit etc, the inconvenience caused is enough to want to go elsewhere. Even BWW gets your orders right more than this place has lately. I would advise owners to step up their QA to make sure orders are going out as received. I used to drive 20 minutes to go to this particular location because their wings were good, as was the flavoring. Now I will look for another place.

This place used to be great...once upon a time when they first opened up. I've been coming here for years....since year 1.Over the last few visits the poke bowl quality and portions have gone downhill. After finishing my bowl I was truly disappointed. I don't think I can ever order from here again. Onto a new poke place.

The negative reviews for this place are completely justified. This review comes from a once frequent and long-time customer that will never return. The food has always been inconsistent. Service once was good, but has deteriorated. Only come here if you look forward to disappointment. This place has gone downhill. Customer service is abhorrent and practically non-existent. Food (poke and wings) is overpriced and of poor quality. You will receive small portions of dry and tasteless food that can cause diarrhea. Two employees - Briana and Tuan - are unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, argumentative, and condescending. They have zero sense of customer service, have no idea how to deal with customers, and have obvious attitude issues. With their lack of professionalism and shamelessness, the two of them will continue to tear this business apart. There are few poke joints / wings joints in the area and I would recommend any of them over this poor establishment. Higher quality and better tasting food can be found at any competing restaurant. Better customer service can easily be found elsewhere as I highly doubt employees at other restaurants have as many personal issues as Briana and Tuan who have a lack of self-awareness and argue for the sake of arguing. The owners, Leanne and Anthony, have several locations and perhaps are too busy to see their own employees at this location are neglecting their basic job duties and are singlehandedly sinking their business.
