I am so mad with my visit today because when I ordered the women with the pony tail with ginger hair with bangs didn’t hear me the first time. That she gave me a soda when I never asked for one. When she came back the second time around I told her I wanted a horchata. When she came back with the horchata she treated me like a child and gave me a child size drink when I’m adult. Fix your service!

The service was amazing 🤩, and the food was delicious! I ordered the shrimp cocktail and a modelo michelada. The chips and salsa are free. 💕

I only put one star because my family has been coming here for years, but there is one server, Ashley, who has been extremely rude to us. We have never had an issue with any other server, on the contrary, some of the servers have become very good friends. However, with the server, Ashley, our family has had to make it a point to request any other server. A few weeks ago, when I came with my family, I ordered a regular margarita, which normally costs less than $20, but when the bill came, it was almost $50. When I asked Ashley about the price, she would not explain the price to me and just kept repeating that it’s “how much the drink costs”. Except every time I have came, the margaritas cost nowhere near that much. We also told the manager about our issue, he was no help, and instead defended the server, who refused to explain the pricing of the drink. Not only has my family had negative encounters with this waitress, but we have heard stories from other friends. It’s a shame that the establishment allows this behavior, the environment used to be so friendly.

On the 10th I made a reservation and I am very angry because they gave me and my guests very bad service, when I made the reservation I asked for Miss Lizeth and Miss Marisa to be made waitresses, but on the day of the reservation they made me as a waitress to a very thin girl with glasses who had never served me, she gave me very bad service, she even left my husband's family last, because she had forgotten to take their order already. They had even thought about going to buy tacos on the street. I asked the supervisor why he didn't give me the waitresses that I had initially asked for when making my reservation in advance. I think that whatever the client asks for to be comfortable, what's more, the girl charged me 159 dollars for two dishes, a cocktail, a margarita and two cokes, everyone was paying their Bill including the tip, I didn't explain why he charged me so much, my husband is not one to argue, so we paid and left and still when My husband paid the girl, she asked him if he was not going to leave her a tip, I told him you are still asking me for a tip apart from what you charged me. We like coming to this restaurant because we have always had good service except that day, excuse me but I don't want what happened to me and my family to happen to anyone else and they should respect the customers' decision.
