Order food through the website. The time they have on the webpage its not what they follow. Had a big group of people that are expected for that food to be ready and deliver on time. When call to see why i havent gotten any confirmation they said that they dont check the system until an hour later then what they have on the website. The person was not worry or not even felt that it was a big issue. All i got from that person is ether you want it or cancel it. It was the same to her. Then When delivering they forgot half of the order. They are calling me to be the middle person between them and the delivery person. My group of 10 people that were expecting that food early had to eat late and also some to wait longer for the rest of the food to arrive. Email the manager and no response. Need to take care of your customers better to be able to recommend your business to other business.

My first time eating here I was excited I could not wait to try my food and I was so hungry . Ordered a whole fried tilapia. But then when I drove a hour back home The whole time I was driving, my car was smelling like old grease I kinda ignored it, not wanted to believe that it was my food. I opened my plate of food. My fish was salty and smelled like it was cooked with old oil or like if the fish was cooked from the day before all they did was refry it to warm it up. I was very disappointed and could not drive back unless I wanted to waste another hour Plus, it was late so I wouldn’t have made it back before they closed. Not only that I waste my money, but I wasted my time.

i ordered delivery, so i don't know about atmosphere. i don't know what the problem is with this business is, but it is not good. order was very messed up.
as for the food, i give it a "nothing special." the potato salad might be good if they put something more than potatoes in it (and maybe a little more salt.) the coleslaw is ok, a little sweet for me, but whatever. the short ribs are the flanken ribs. while short rib is a tough cut, i think they could have cooked a little more. i did sauce on the side in case it sucked. it did not totally suck, but i am glad it wasn't on everything. was supposed to get flour tortillas, got corn. was supposed to get red salsa, got none. they dressed up the short rib plate with a grilled scallion and jalapeño, that was good. the seasoning on the ribs was alright. i'd tell you about the half rack of pork ribs, but that was missing.
so, to recap: they need to figure out what their problem is and fix it. the food is definitely nothing special.

In San Fernando on business. Decided to have dinner while waiting for traffic to die down a bit. Doing a search Carbon Grill sounded good. When we got there we were the only customers. Nice little place but other reviews suggested something else and parking for some reason was non existent. Had to park two blocks away! Good menu and prices were fair for these times. Food took a bit long even though it was only us. That is a good thing since it means freshly cooked. Ordered a burger, salads and fried Yucca. Good meal overall. Clean place with outdoor patio along with inside tables. Only complaint was too much plastic used for this level of dining.

I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries & beans. Also ordered a side of plantains. Excellent food and smiling staff. Mildly spicy.All food prepared to order so it's nice and hot and fresh. Indoor and outdoor seating. Nice area on Maclay's "cafe row" east of Truman.Recommended. Try it.

A quite place on the corner of McClay and Third. Plenty of indoor and patio seating. The food is made to order and the portions are plenty. My grilled chicken sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. The fries were plenty! My wife's 1/2 chicken with black beans, rice, flour tortillas, grilled jalapeño, and three salsas were exceptional. Choices of can and glass bottled drinks. The wait for order is worth it! It was walking distance from our church. Great food! Will not be disappointed!

The fish was well seasoned and cooked. Perfectly crunchy. The potato salad had fresh dill, it was very yummy. I also loved the cole slaw. This is not a fast food spot and I don’t mind waiting for quality food.Definitely recommend.
