I went there on a Friday around 12 pm... And the line was so long and when we finally got to the window this poor lady was working on her own I asked her where her manager was and she said she was by herself so I don't know what's going this is poor management and it's really sad that the employees are going through it.... I don't know these other reviews that are here on top I think they're fake as hell and I usually don't say anything but it angers me that they even go this far to put fake reviews... And to be honest I've been living my whole life here in Sylmar and I will not be coming here ever again and I'll be going to In-N-Out next door ....
