This is the dirtiest Carl's Jr. I have ever visited, their burger has nothing to do with what they sell in all the chains. I wouldn't go back

Great place to grab a bite. The cashier Sofia was incredibly helpful. She helped my cousin and I use the app, and suggested a sauce that actually went great with the meal. She's a keeper! Extremely friendly staff overall.

My second time coming to this location with my cousin. We were greeted both times by Sofia who remembered from the first time. She is friendly, helpful, and competent. Thanks Sofia! On the other hand, who is replying to these comments? My cousin left a comment about Sofia helping us with the App and the reply he got had suggestions for signing up for the rewards. Is it just a copy paste reply? Doesn’t seem management cares half as much as the other employees.

I noticed how badly the manager treats employees here i know his name is ramon hes always yelling at employees ever time i come to this place i will not be returning to this location i will not be supporting this abuse towrad hard working people!! I specifically heard the manager tell an employee to learn to speak English before speaking to him i dont understand how this is acceptable. This is wrong in so many ways . Something needs to be done about this !!!!

I don’t normally make reviews but unfortunately this Friday I was dining in, and witnessed how badly the manager was treating the cashier. It is very inappropriate how he was yelling at that poor girl. How can this type of abuse towards employees be accepted? Cashier was crying I didn’t get the girls name but the managers name is Ramon. Very awkward situation, and I will not be returning to this location , I will not be supporting this kind of abuse towards employees. I can only imagine if he does this in front of actual customers, how he must be treating them when no one is around.
