I literally just went in with my family I had my two daughters with me and wife. The place was empty but we did have one customer walk in right after us and the lady taking our order was so rude and making my wife feel rushed. She has no customer service skills and should be retrained. Our first time trying chipotle and the experience for my family and I was totally no what I expected and I’d give this place no stars just cause of that one bad employee.

I just come to this chain restaurant when I'm indecisive on what to eat and convenience of location. In this specific location, the employees always have an attitude. When asking them for specific ways to serve the food. They always show irritation through their facial expressions. I used to eat at Chipotle often, but after dealing with this consistent problem. I rather go to a different restaurant.

We went those location on 12-19-2025 time 9:05pm we order two chicken bowl it’s second time that happen they was out of veggie (fajitas ) and pico it was a 9pm and peoples was still coming those locations they r super lazy employees. We will never go back there they had attitude also un necessary 😞

Came in at 9.pm service girl said no veggie fajitas, no pico de gallo and they where not making any more , the girl looked stressed only her taking orders, & charging, this location closes at 11.pm I feel for you girl there’s no need for the attitude.

I appreciate how many choices they offer, especially since it makes the place welcoming for vegetarians too. There is plenty on the menu for anyone who prefers plant based options. If you are picky with ingredients, you can easily customize your burrito or bowl, which I really enjoy because I like to keep my bowl simple. The flexibility and flavor make this spot an easy favorite.

I have had a bad experience at this Chipotle two times. The first time, they did not have brown rice ready and said they had just started cooking it, but a restaurant like this should already have rice prepared like other places do. Another time, they ran out of chicken and did not tell me. They gave me the leftover burnt chicken instead, and once again they had just started cooking a new batch. The workers were rude and unhelpful, and only one person offered to remake my order. Very disappointing service both times.

I order one side guacamole 🥑 is not fresh is really bad look like from a day before and cool probably on the refrigerator

I walk in at 715pm to get a bowl and they have no carne asada or chicken made with a wait time of 20 min. How do you not have food prepped in the middle of the evening...... This location is never busy........I don't get it....

Trassssssssh! If I can rate this 1 star I would. This is probably the worst chipotle I ever been to. Meat burnt, the quality overall was unsatisfactory. I ordered a bowl online & literally got a bunch of rice & sour cream. For almost 30 dollars. This place is robbing folks. 0/10
