Chipotle Mexican Grill

Bought a honey chicken bowl yesterday, and the chicken was so dry and hard(coz of sitting there on the stove/not being sold) any how called them and it’s a robot can’t get through a manager.

Sadly I’m almost always dissapointed I come here. I’ve had a lot go wrong several times here. From getting scrapped the bottom of the barrel because there wasn’t another set of protein ready, to getting a comically 3-4 lettuce strips from an employee who was more focused on joking around with co workers.

I’m going to be driving to wherever the next chipotle in the next city over is from now on. Skip this location and spare yourself

This was the smallest burrito I’ve ever had at a chipotle!! 6 inch burrito and for what, 12-13 dollars?! I felt bad for my dad too because usually he loves the bowls from Chipotle but even he complained about how skimpy they were with the servings 😕 In addition to this, when I came in to pick up the order, all of the employees were huddled up at the cash register and looked at me weird as if I was doing something wrong for picking up my order?? Then they had the audacity to charge me for the vinaigrette after too!! Not a great experience sadly and it sucks bc this is my local chipotle :/

I went there with my friend They didn’t even know the menu he wanted heated cheese in a tortilla and then putting that under a bowl and making a bowl they had no idea someone needs to train them. That was not a chipotle. That was a disaster.

Awfulllll chipotle they don’t know the menu. I was literally asking for an old school style, heated cheese in tortilla and put it under the bowl and then put the steaks and everything else on it not only they didn’t do that. They didn’t even know what that is. Awful personnel awful Manager don’t go there. Chipotle fans don’t go there. It’s not a chipotle

The level professionalism this restaurant has to offer is BELOW standards. The workers have an attitude when making your food. Very rude, unwelcoming & makes you just not want to eat there and or support the establishment.

The quality of the meat, feels uncooked. Chewy chicken, sticky rice, beans semi hard.

I’d make the drive to a different chipotle if I were really craving it. Employees need to be retrained or they need to hire people who actually want a job.

I will never return. My bowl was less than half full with a little amount of chicken. They skimp on servings at this location. I only paid for it because i was hungry. Next time ill walk out like others do

One of the worst chipotle locations they skimp not only on the protein but on salsas sour cream rice beans everything. I don’t understand why they do this. Maybe because they can’t wrap a normal size burrito they have to make it small. I called them out on it multiple times and they have the worst attitude when you do.

Been a loyal Chipotle customer, but this is outrageous. Avocado stickers in the food! This could be a choking hazard. Didn’t know this was something I need to be cautious about when eating food.

Went in at 10:35am and they weren’t even ready. They had like 6 employees preparing the food but neither one of them came to help. I stood there for like 5 mins until one lady ask another girl to help us. She seemed upset that she had to stop what she was doing to help us. If the sign says they open at 10:30am they should be ready to serve at that time. Also portion size wasn’t as normal, I got less than usual. I wont be coming back to this chipotle.
