The service, atmosphere, and the food is really good. The staff was very helpful and great customer service. If you're going for your first time I'd recommend the margarita flatbread pizza its enough for 3 people and their fresh coconut water !!!

I'm impressed by the number of options this place gives you, just so many. The food was very delicious. BRC burrito and Cali burger. A bit of a wait for the food but we went on Father's Day so that was expected.

the place always forgets to add your condiments in the order. make sure if you order a breakfast bowl they give you your sauces. make sure when you order the oatmeal they give you the items it’s suppose to come with such as the granola. the girl in the front with glasses also needs to fix her attitude. she make the worst liquid smoothies. my smoothie taste like she add it soap to it.

On Wednesday November 20 2024 I ordered 3 slabs of Pork ribs my Husband Al Lopez picked up ribs. Wrong order We received 3 containers of Beef short ribs I called and i was asked to return the short ribs . come back in 30 min to pick up fresh made ribs. We put them in fridge after they cooled . On Thanksgiving day i took them out to place them in one tray. first container had beautiful soft fresh ribs with Sauce . #2 and #3 cantainers had too well done ribs with no sauce What a disappointment I could do nothing about it since craves was closed for Thankgiving. I called today to talk to manager. A real nice gentleman said he could help me after he listened Someone else (male) came to phone and said he was i Charge He talked over me and would not let me explain. He went on and on with nonsense. I He was not going to help He gave me email info to complain else where. I googled and it had nothing l. My husband and i have been buying pork ribs at Carbon for a long time We were always 100 percent satisfied . This Experience was so Wrong

The food is ok but you mostly have to do EVERYTHING your self you have to go up to order you have to find your seats and most of the time they mess up your order or just forget it overall, and the bacon is under cooked and it is expensive! I spent over 200 bucks for a few meals
Worst experience and service of my life!! It came highly recommended too which made it even worse!! I go in all happy. I order and avocado omelette with avocado, bacon and cheese. I said please mix the bacon in the omelette and the cheese in the middle. Shes ok we can do that. My omelette comes out with just bacon on top fully sliced and not cut into pieces and mixed into the egg as requested. I nicely say oh a mistake was made. I go back and say hey i asked if u could mix it in the egg and avocado on top which u forgot as well. U know what they do!?????? Omg.. the chef takes the plate back.. and just mangles the whole omelette and cuts the bacon and pretty much gives me everything scrambled and looks like crap like a kid made it. And nasty avocado everywhere with no presentation. How they say in spanish- lo hicieron a mala ganas. Man it made me soo mad because i had waited like 30’minutes for this thing and for them to just do that pissed me off. I said i ordered an omelette and not scrambled eggs that look like crap! And left it there for all to see in their face and walked out. They didnt even apologize. They just said ok and threw it away. Like nothing and they didnt care. Horrible people and service. Im never going back. Obviously i wont recommend this place. Bad customer service.

The food here is very simple, bland, yet overpriced. I ordered a beyond burger with fries for $20+, and it was underwhelming to say the least. I was reminded of a college cafeteria, but the cost is on par with most restaurants. I'm assuming most of their food is provided by Sysco, since that's exactly what it looked like. I think they manage to survive due to lack of competition, but I wouldn't recommend dining here unless you're hungry and everything else is closed.
