I came to this place. Easy empty parking. I ordered. 12 minutes my food arrives. The waitress doesn't give me no spoons, no forks... Why i wait for I ask for a cup of water, and I'm in the table waiting for the water, forks, syrup, tabasco sauce and... The waitress bring me a coffee... And then i ask for all those things again while my food was almost cold ... And the waitress just bring me another coffee... Charging me at the end two coffees and a REALLY BAD SERVICE!... I don't know to many Denny's that have this tipe of service records

I ordered the good fortune burger, and for the price. It was amazing juicy fresh fulfilling. It was so good. The burger I had a call in the store and complement the chef because this burger was amazing and again for the price you cannot get any better burger than this made fresh with love. It was almost like a smash burger. It was just. So amazingly delicious.

I was about To order a milkshake and the guy ask me are you gonna grab a table ? Bathroom is not available (I am A beautiful clean young woman doing uber ) I change my mind immediately !!!! That is a big no ! 👎 not letting people use bathroom even tho I Look pretty decent 😂 poor service!!!! That’s why is empty
I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to share this experience. I recently visited Dennys and while the food was decent, what really stood out — in the worst way — was the behavior of the manager on duty.
During my visit, I witnessed the manager speak to one of the servers in a completely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. It wasn’t just a single comment; it was a pattern throughout my time there. He was condescending, dismissive, and at one point even raised his voice in front of customers. The server handled it with so much grace, but no one deserves to be treated that way — especially not in a work environment.
As a customer, it was uncomfortable to witness. It not only created a tense atmosphere but made me question how the rest of the staff is treated behind the scenes. If this is how the manager behaves in public, I can’t imagine what happens when customers aren’t watching.
Restaurants thrive on good service and a respectful, supportive environment. I hope upper management sees this and takes steps to fix it — both for the employees and for the guests who notice more than they might think.

Been coming for years here! i kindly walked in asked if i could use restroom real fast the guy said no, only customers I told him I've been coming here for years he diddnt care! i was wearing uniform from work aswell im not homeless

I like Denny's but this one on Truman/sylmar needs help!! Hire nice people and a new manager. The Asian waitress is awesome ! Sat in her section for the 1st time and no problem. ..2nd visit ...may be my last. The other waiter was having a bad day on her face. Didn't ask if all was good or for refills. In fact neglected to do her job. Also, the manager doesn't care and doesn't smile or engage with customers paying.
