This store is a must for bakers or chocolatier. Really friendly staff. Great customer service. They will do their best to make customer happy and satisfied.
Good place as a provider for your restaurant
I have been purchasing chocolate from Divine specialties for a couple of years. They have the fastest customer service I have ever seen. The chocolate I ordered has been packaged so well it doesn’t even melt in the summer heat. This company sells many items for the Baker, the chocolatier, Restaurants in anyone who wants “the good stuff” , isn’t charmed in a grocery store. The shipping is fantastic.! I literall Literally receive the product within a week of ordering!
Excellent customer service! Awesome communication. Competitively priced. Orders shipped same day and arrived fast in perfect condition. Divine Specialties is now my new "Go-To" purveyor for epicurean level chocolate.
I have been ordering from Divine Specialties for at least 7 or more years. I normally order carma fondant and tart shells. My orders are always packaged securely. My tart shell have always come in unbroken! I am really impressed with that especially because I live in SC, and the package is coming from CA .Shipping is fast, and free for orders over $100. Never any problems! I will continue ordering as long as the company is in business!
I have been using Divine Specialties for several years. They always ship my online order promptly and it arrives in good condition. Happy they have quality products at a reasonable price.
Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not place anything from them! I ordered my chocolate on April and they sent me a damage package (Picture 1). After a week of communication, they finally ship me a replacement order (Picture 2) which is another damage product! However, the customer service Matthew was complaining in his email that package damage is never happens to someone else but me, since they will check THREE time before they ship it out. And refused to send me another replacement and just go ahead to do me a refund!(don’t even sure if they will refund me). Please to all the people who already purchased. Turn your video recorder on before open their THREE TIMES CHECKED package. Funny. Good luck to the business.
I placed an order to receive it via Federal Express and they sent me the invoice without the track number because they didn't process my order! I called them 4 days after ordering and they still had trouble finding my order! I don't have a track number, how will I know what day I will receive my order? very disappointed and frustrated! and still waiting for them to send me a track number!
Corresponded with Cheryl to receive a case of pie shells. Said they would be able to complete my order, and on the date of pickup, let me know over the phone that they would be unable to fulfill said order. It is very disappointing as a first-time client having to suddenly find a new source for pie shells in such a short turnaround. Very unprofessional.
Best service ever! Never got an answer to my questions so fast as with Divine Specialties. They go above and beyond to help!

I am having some troubles with my order. I hope to be able to update this with a 4 star review. I had placed and order Wednesday(week prior). I called prior to placing my order asking if they had a store font as i was somewhat local and got a fairly kurt/sharp ..NO.. (She could have been kinder, but i am a very kind person i cant ask everyone to be kind if its not their nature) also placed a note that if the package was not going to be shipped today(wed) I could come get it. The gal said yes should go out. I didn't receive the package or even a confirmation so I called on friday they told me again it was going put that day (this was am) and I should get a shipping list that evening(fri). Nothing came. On Sunday I emailed and I was very impressed getting an email back on a sunday no less that the paclage was goingnout on monday and rest assured it would arrive soon and they didnt ship on friday ( this was contradictory to what i was told on phone as they thought it may get it sat as to being local and resisedntial) monday ce and went still no shipping confrimation again on Tuesday still no repsonse. So needless to say my order is not going to make it in time to get chocolates together for our nonprofit fundraiser for our kiddos which is a real shame. So my review is poor as I don't see how this can be rectified. I did everything in my power to keep this company on track and I was very gracious and kind for allowances but sitill not going to make it so even though I gave 110% trying to stay on top of this order it just didn't happen
I attended a gathering where the host made a wonderful ganache. I searched the web and found the Callebaut dark chocolate pieces he used to be pricey. But I still wanted to make ganache (for the first time) for upcoming guests to arrive in 3 days. I was very happy to find a great price through Divine Specialties on Etsy. And I was thrilled they shipped (for free!!! : ) my package as soon as possible and I had it in time to serve ganache to my company 3 days later on Tuesday night. That is OUTSTANDING customer service!!! The chocolates were exactly as described, very fresh, and the packaging was triple sealed in plastic wrap and came with an ice pack! I would definitely recommend Divine Specialties to everyone!! Thank you, Divine Specialties Gourmet Chocolates, for helping me host my guests with a great product at a great price!!
